Its nice inside if a little tight on space. Its a limited menu but we've eaten there twice and the food was very good. However we think its a bit pricey for what is glorified pub. Paying for a bottle of zero alcohol Heinekin is over the top

We had a fantastic lunch and were really well looked after by Rosie, who is a huge asset to this place.The ambience score is down because we were moved to an upstairs room because one of our party has a very severe allergic reaction to dogs and a dog was seated at the table next to what was due to be ours.Not sure why dogs need to be taken to restaurants at all, but also concerned that very little regard generally is paid by the industry to those with severe allergies

I have just had yet another fantastic meal at The Waterman's. This pub restaurant is a great place for a romantic dinner, or special treat. The fish and seafood are superb, as are the wines, but the atmosphere is relaxed and unstuffy. We had oysters which were divine, along with crab claws and a rather 'posh' king prawn cocktail, for a special, seafood lunch. This is by far one of the best places to get great fish and seafood in Richmond. Staff and service was very attentive and friendly. Thanks for a great lunch
