We had a lovely evening dinner tonight in one of the pods, the food was excellent and the service was amazing, I highly recommend having a meal at the Whitehorse and a shout out to Amy who was brilliant

Staff are friendly and polite. The place is clean and tidy very pretty with great relaxed atmosphere. The food was really really good was expecting a pub lunch got so much more than that. The chefs are working hard up there, keep doing what your doing. Came with a friend bringing my mum up next. Very happy visit

A wonderful afternoon spent in one of your pretty pods. I took a friend for her first visit and she loved it. Our welcome from the manager was very warm and friendly. Our waitress Sharkira was fabulous and so friendly and helpful. Our lunch was great and the presentation lovely. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon we will be back and will recommend to others. I attending a private function at the White Horse and cannot recommend it enough!! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute dietary requirement. The food, dairy free, was outstanding. By far the best I have eaten. The service from everyone from bar staff and serving staff to the hostess was fantastic. The venue is beautiful and so practical, with the heated garden pods and blankets. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

Family wedding, first impressions pretty garden/outdoor space, very instagramable floral theme plenty of photo opportunities, but that’s where the good stuff ends. weren’t ready to receive guests, still setting-up, hassle to get served at the bar, more than two staff badgered my son and daughter about under age drinking/ID etc to the point they made us feel so uncomfortable in less than an hour we left, didn’t want to spend another penny with them, would not return and definitely would not recommend, shouldn’t guests be made to feel welcome

We ordered a BBQ picnic brunch for my girlfriends 25th birthday and we was not disappointed. They catered for my girlfriend who does not eat red meat and so replaced this with chicken and vegetarian options. We was served by Tiana and had a choice of where to sit and was a good host. We choose the pod which were really nicely laid out. We had 2 cocktails with our BBQ brunch and this was well worth the price of £35 per person as you can see amount of thought that has gone into it. Brilliant night for our work Christmas party! Had so many good comments from my work colleagues about how amazing everything was. Lovely venue, gorgeously decorated, excellent food, friendly staff and great entertainment. It was so well organised Sarah was extremely helpful quick to reply to my emails queries. Cheryl was great and looked after us on the night, making it run smoothly and also joining in the fun. The DJ managed to keep most of us on the dance floor all night with his selection of tunes and getting us into the festive mood. We would definitely recommend this as a party venue and would come back in the future. Thanks again to all the team.

We had a fantastic evening for our annual Christmas Party at the White Horse, Sarah was fantastic in answering my emails with any concerns or questions I had when booking our party in for the Christmas Casino event. The pub was decorated beautifully with lots of photo opportunity walls we had a great laugh using the photo booth included. Cheryl and the team on the night were super friendly and good fun, Nothing was too much trouble everything well organised. The staff on the Casino tables were also good fun, giving us a few cheeky freebies, the whole evening felt like a private party with a relaxed atmosphere we’re looking forward to booking again next year : Thanks again Becky

We booked our table for friends reunion and we had to wait by the main door to get a sit for 10min, then we been taken to the table and wait for another 10 mins to place our drink order. After 25min our drinks finally arrived and one of the drink split on the table. We have to ask for the tissue as no one from the staff reacted. After 10 min we finally had our tissue and we could order a food. We have ordered our food and after another 30 min 2 of the dishes arrived but still missing side dishes for two of us, and two of us haven’t been served at all. We waited another 10 mins and call one of the waitresses and ask where is food for 2 of us as we all should be starved together. She apologise... View menu
