"Was served shepherds pie here the other day, it looked like it was served from a foil tray like what you buy at supermarkets. I bit into something hard, which I fished out of my mouth, it was a rock hard burnt bit of minced beef. Which was quickly followed by a filling from the tooth that bit down on it. I turned over the pie with my fork to find out the the whole of the bottom if the pie was burnt. When the waitress cleared the table I explained to her what had happened and she was nice enough and apologised and gave me my money back. Stay away from the shepherds pie folks! If you want home cooked pub grub go elsewhere, all you'll get here is heated up, straight from the packet rubbish!"

Stone cold breakfast this morning. In fact some of it was so cold it was like it had come straight out of a fridge. My friends American pancakes were completely inedible. Last time I'll go.

one of the best wetherspoons and enjoy a visit. it is their normal wetherspoons, but the personal is friendly and the place is always a beautiful atmosphere. worth visiting if they are in the opposite.

The service is great. The food is great and you know exactly what you are getting. The prices are reasonable especially when we have been to other pubs in Wellington and ordered their food which was dearer but no better quality. We always come back to Wetherspoons as they can’t be beaten.

we went for steak night, eating was in order. but I was discussed to see how lask it was cleaning when considering that we are in the middle of a pandemic, I don't think that a quick spray and wipe with a dirty looking wut is enough, and it also does not allow people to sit on a table before it is cleaned. we will not visit

I went in today and ordered the vegan five bean chilli. I was a little concerned that the nachos wouldnd be vegan. The lovely lady who served me got the allergen book out to check for me. Next I go to get milk for my tea, no non cow milk. I asked if they had any soya, after checking his stockrooms he came back empty handed. He asked if he could get me anything else, I replied you could nip over to iceland and buy some. And he did. service above and beyond, you were all absolutely fab. Thank you Richard, the manager? and Lauren? (Im awful with names) I cant thank you enough.

"we wanted to visit the midlands and family for the first time since Christmas and in the frame of the visit I decided that we would take my mother for a nice Sunday dinner. she lives in telford and I am not familiar with the contrary so that I am on tripadvisor for ideas. I mean, I was looking for restaurants in Telford and sorted by rating; clays of broseley was the best from the list and that was what I booked. it is about a minute drive from my mother place through a beautiful shropshire landscape. we arrived in broseley a little early and found a parking space right in front of the restaurant. we were invited to take place on the terrace while they opened and had some drinks. I had a fantastic homemade limonade with glittering water, my mother had a Rhabarb juice that was so delicious that we were strolling home with us and my wife had a very nice pot tee. we had booked a table that had been placed in the restaurant for us, but we were offered the table on the terrace for lunch, which we liked to accept as the weather was perfect. we all ordered from the midday card, which for two courses and for three courses was a fantastic bargain. I ordered salmon and hake meatcakes with delicate brokolli, spargas and a white wine sauce and my wife and mother both ordered the beef Sirloin roast dinner. I was so impressed with eating. honestly, this restaurant lives up to all reviews. the ingredients were fresh and tasty and not refined as they get some places. to dessert my mother and I both had the rhubarb and custard' and playful plate that rhubarb compott, gelee, vanilla cream and small mygues combined crazy. the perfect end for every afternoon. during the meal were the employees (I'm sorry to say that I didn't get their names) attentive and friendly. our month old sohn, henry, has a stinking cold and has teethed, so was not on his best behavior, but the staff was fantastic with him. They even went so far that they broke out one of their dogs, a beautiful, huge dog called barney, for henry's entertainment. to cover everything, and this is great for parents of small children, they had a full baby change unit, complete with diapers, wipes and unhappy bags! I can honestly say I've never seen this before. all in all, for three nets, two desserts and drinks, the bill came less than unnecessary to say, I intend to visit again when we are close. I really can't wait."
