Just came in to watch the football- the bar is 4 deep and the kitchen were about to stop serving. Came here for drinks after a good dinner in town on a Saturday evening. The place was busy but not too busy. People were having fun but not raucous. Staff were super efficient at getting drinks. I liked the decor and general atmosphere. They have the weirdest snug ever though! More like a sensory room but with a huge thick door you can 't move and probably wouldn 't want to. You 'd be entombed forever... May sound strange but the toilets definitely had an 'oh wow ' about them. Loved the beer barrel urinals and the record collection outside!

I had the wonderful experience of hosting my daughter's christening at The Yellow Earl. From the moment I made the booking until we left on the day of the event, everything was absolutely fantastic. Leading up to the occasion, the staff was very attentive to details and asked all the right questions to ensure that everything met my needs. On the day itself, the service was impressive; they rearranged furniture, helped with decorating the room, served drinks to our guests, and promptly cleaned up after the delicious buffet.
