Fantastic little restaurant in the heart of Durham. The food is very fresh, well presented and very tasty. Great portion size too!

A little gem in Claypath Durham City. Fantastic food and service. A must visit place for all. Treat yourselves. Staff couldn't be more polite and helpful.

Shared a blooming onion with my wife, it was delicious. Could not fault the food, service, or menu. Friendly staff made the evening tbh.. I recommend you give it a go.

Difficult to rate when there was a large student group that almost took over the restaurant. My order was initially wrong (as were others on my table) but they did remake it but then you are out of kilter with your companions.

The best restaurant in Durham is definitely this one. They offer delicious Mexican food, and I highly recommend trying the chicken nachos starter and the chicken enchiladas. The owner and staff are fabulous, making every visit a pleasure. View menu

Very good food and drink at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the Tia's rose. In fact, I loved all the starters that I had. My one issue (which I wish I had said something about) was that the glaze on my ribs (as part of the Texas 2 step) was burnt, making them inedible. However the rest of my meal was great. Friendly and efficient service too.

We decided to try this restaurant based on its positive reviews, but we were disappointed. The atmosphere was lacking and the food was mediocre. We started with the nachos, which were essentially a thin layer of lightly topped heated chips for ten pounds. There wasn't enough guacamole, salsa, or sour cream to share. The chimichanga was tasty but not very spicy, and it didn't leave a lasting impression. Overall, we have no desire to return anytime soon.

We booked to go in for a family meal but couldn’t due to one family member been ill. Tias kindly agreed to cancel our booking and provide a takeaway instead. They prepare a our food order in 15 mins. The food was delicious, the Mexican chicken and blackened Caribbean chicken was out of this world. BBQ ribs were also gorgeous. I will be going their again without a doubt. Highly recommended. Be mindful of parking in loading bays as parking attendants are over zealous and wouldn’t let me stop even too pick up my food. View menu
