I don’t normally complain, but if things are cold and delivered not as should be as per ordered from their menu then surely I’m entitled to? Part of order was missing ! Chicken is bright pink! Man rude on phone and blamed me for missing food. Do not pay 5 pound for rubbish halloumi that comes on a whole box of lettuce.

Extremely greasy! The burger sauce was lacking in flavor, the chips were so greasy they fell apart and were soggy. The kebab meat had no taste and seemed stale. They also forgot to include the salad. I would not recommend this place. View menu

Kebabs are very nice big Portions taste very nice BUT the attitude off staff is unbelievable Very rude it’s like they are forced to work there don’t want to be there and and people on the phone just cut you off if I have a problem with my order

The staff was very unpleasant! It took 40 minutes for the food to arrive after being told it was on the way for half an hour! There was more grease in the packaging than from a kebab! The delivery driver was nice and polite, but I won't be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is not recommended. The staff is dishonest and doesn't speak English. The food quality is very poor and it seems like they employ incompetent individuals who can't even deliver the food to the correct address. It's best to avoid this place at all costs. View menu

Had a delivery due to hot weather and being heavily pregnant. Order placed at 6pm was told 30-40 mins. Uber updated me saying the order was on its way at 6:13pm so could 6:40pm I called to see where order was. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude stating I should just wait and then hanging up the phone. Food came cold 20mins later.

I’m sorry but I’m not one to lose my temper as have had a rough past and turnt my life round but after the way my mrs was spoken to then me was awful called all sorts , they don’t need our money. If this was 5-6 years ago they would of had me up their shop smacking them up. To be rude to my Mrs is something else and call her them bad names when they messed her food up and refused to change it. I will not tolerate that even myself to ring up politely and be spoken to like crud I can’t hold back. I haven’t felt this angry in ages.

"We wanted to celebrate a family occasion, and we were delighted with our experience. From the warm handshake at the entrance to the beautiful reception, the service was exceptional and incredibly accommodating. The food was outstanding, with a great selection, and we enjoyed delicious hot naan, pickles, and poppadoms. The young waiter was particularly polite and helpful, which was refreshing to see. The menu offered a fantastic variety, and everything came highly recommended. To make our celebration even more special, the restaurant surprised us with a lovely cake and candles. "Booked a table very easily online and had a delicious cod’n’chips. Chips were particularly fluffy like my mums old fashioned chips. Followed with a custard tart, which I scoffed way too quickly, and soy flat white. Absolutely delicious. Fantastic service from Kerry and Chloe. I will be back soon!Tables were very well spaced out and everything was scrupulously clean. I felt safe and relaxed."

"I had ordered the Fish Platter Menu earlier that week for Good Friday 29/3/24 which was £22. I live alone and thought the time it would take me to buy all the ingredients and the hassle to cook, it would cost me than £22. The friendly receptionist called me the day before to find out what time I wanted to collect the Platter. On collection I was surprised to see how large the the Platter was. It consisted of a large Escovitch Fish, a smaller Bream, Fish Fritters, Mac Cheese, Corn on the Cob, Plaintain, Large portion of Rice and Peas, Gravy and Coleslaw. The food was absolutely delicious and as I said the portions were large, the food lasted me over 2 days, I was very impressed. I’ve also dined-in and done takeaways over the years and I’m never disappointed. Judy"

"I'm proud to call myself a weekly regular and I've been eating at Gina's cafe for many, many years. As someone who both enjoys food and travels a lot, I can, hand on heart, say that Gina's Cafe is my favourite cafe. Period. I've very rarely had a bad experience here, and I always leave satisfied. I'm a huge fan of the chicken curry with chips or the ham, cheese and mushroom omelette. The salad is very fresh and the chips are perfect! The staff are very pleasant and always take care to speak to my 6 year old son if he eats well, they let him choose a lolly before he leaves. Pricing is about what you'd expect from a cafe and the quality and cleanliness is superb. There is only one toilet, accessed from the garden, however it is clean. I would avoid trying to get a table at the busiest times it is normally very busy here and would recommend not sitting directly next to the front door or on the smallest tables if there is more than one person dining. There are some high chairs available, and a good selection of hot and cold drinks."

"Found out that under new ownership since October 2023, so recommendations to me were based on friends experience with previous owners. The manager was friendly and very attentive, asking lots of questions, explaining their menu when asked, telling me that the interior will be changed in the near future. Anyway, for starters we chose Calamari, Garlic Mushrooms with Cheese, King Prawns, and Halluomi. We then all helped ourselves to bits and pieces of each. The starters were plentiful in portion size, with all choices being great, especially the garlic mushrooms with cheese. For mains we chose a mixed grill, chicken shish, lamb ribs, and chicken wings and chips for my daughter. The chicken and lamb shish were both tender and full of flavour, and the lamb ribs were great. They all came with slad and bulgur (I can only describe it as a cross between rice and cous-cous).The mixed grill was plentiful in size and looked appetising, but my father in law enjoyed that all to himself , so I can only assume it was good. My daughter enjoyed her chicken wings too We were given bread on the table, which was warm and full of flavour too. We were definitely made to feel welcome, and will definitely return. Good to know that they deliver too. We were at the restaurant early (5pm booking), so were the only people in the restaurant, however, there was a constant stream of delivery drivers collecting orders for delivery. It was my daughters birthday the following day, so tye manager gave her a small dessert on the house as well. Parking: A few parking spaces on the street just a couple of doors down from the restaurant , where you use the RingGo App or good old cash to pay for parking."
