Order every week tonight some chicken was warm other was really hot chips so cold

My daughter loves the pizza at this place, it’s pretty tasty and good for the price.

Ordered for 7 pm, delivered 6 pm and when contacted to ask why they hung up. Will never use again

Ordered a kebab, dripping in grease, cheap and nasty meat like hard . Pizzas dripping in grease, tasteless. I think it has a new manager. Gone down hill

Nothing top about this pizza I received. Far too much base sauce the toppings fall off everywhere n the pizza sauce its self tastes like happy shopper ketchup. Had 2 slices and binned the rest. Worst pizza I've had in years I've had better frozen.

Orderd online rang me and said I didnt change the address when the address on the order clearly was mine they said they delivered to someone else and kept putting phone down bad customer service I orderd all the time from here aswel wouldn't reccomend unless u want to waste money and not get it back!!.

Ordered a double chicken burger and chips, was told that it would be 45 minutes delivery, 55 minutes later they turned up, but when I bite into it, it was a hamburger, had to wait for them to resend the correct order, and then they wanted the old one back, which was fine, it was only going into the bin, they need someone who understands English on the phone.

Been waiting since 8:45 for my food they rang said not changed adress when clearly says on foodhub my adress and they have delivered it to someone else rang them said the same they put phone down! I paid card to so been scammed wouldn't mind order here every time get a takeaway joke!!!! Don't spend money here just get scammed wouldn't mind if they actually was nice said oh I'm sorry we will make it now n send it but NO alls they did was put phone down on me was my favourite takeaway but no more abousltey ridiculous!!!

Ordered the family meal deal from here which i think was £22 or a little bit more! For a 14” pizza a 12” garlic bread, donner kebab and small chips and 5 nugget meal with chips and a. Bottle of pop! Great value for money.. It had everything we wanted in one for myself my husband and 3 kids! We collected the order and got home! To find out you dont get a donner kebab you get a portion of donner meat in a small chips tray, asked for salad and sauce neither was on it and it obviously never came on a naan or a pitta like a normal donner kebab! So everyone got their food apart from one of us because it was physically inedible! Donner meat was cold and all burnt and black! Used to be good here its...
