Ottima cucina casereccia, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, locale carino e personale molto simpatico

It’s located on the road to Offagna (lovely countryside village) and it’s well worth a stop. They serve typical food of excellent quality and big portions too.

Abbiamo preso due piatti d'asporto e precisamente piccione al forno e grigliata mista. Una crescita piccola. Porzioni generose il tutto per 27 euro. Piccione divino, solo un po' troppo oleati, grigliata molto buona, crescita squisita. Da tornare mangiando sul posto oggi non avevano tavoli liberi

we were driving half an hour for this restaurant based on Tripadvisor reviews. we should have chosen differently. The staff was no so friendly nor welcoming; asking for menu it was seen as an offense and they provided us with two menus with missing pages. We ended up ordering from Tripadvisor pictures, but the portions were very small (comparing with pictures from other reviewers) and pretty common in taste. Also the wine we ordered was forgotten. On the positive side they have a clean toilet and a small playground for kids.

As we arrived, we thought this place was charming. We were seated outside, and service seemed nice and attentive. Our antipasti (crescia) arrived within 10 minutes and were very good. Then things turned to the worse. After 45 minutes the gnocchi for two arrived, and were ok, but got cold waiting another 30 minutes until the tagliatelle arrived. They were badly undercooked. After another endless wait, the mixed grigliata arrived, and was very disappointing: the meat was dry and hard, the sausage overcooked, and the roasted potatoes lukewarm and very oily. There are so many better simple trattoria in the region that serve good local food. Not recommended. View menu
