"I made a reservation here via Quandoo 1.5 months in advance for a business dinner. When I arrived with my party of 8 I fought my way through a crowd of confused customers outside who also had reservations to get more information. Inside, there was...no host, and the closest staff member gave me a dirty look for coming inside and told me “I had to wait outside with everyone else” and that “our reservation was canceled because we were late” (we were not) and that “we will seat you eventually when there is no room inside.” This is typically not what it means to make a reservation at a restaurant. We left without being seated because we had absolutely no information and were being treated so rudely. The situation tonight was outrageous and unprofessional and I would never attempt to dine here again. Do NOT rely on this place to honor your reservation or seat anyone in any sort of organized or respectful way."

Our publisher booked a table here. We got a nice place upstairs. Menu was set before. Every single element was a pure perfection. My veal with cucunci (a kind of capers) was so good. I could eat it every day. Nice place for business meeting.

everything was amazing from starter to dessert. totally fell in love with the cernia and the baked squid with pesto. handmade pasta was also an experience. super recommended restaurant. salvatore was the most beautiful and professional waiter I had for a long time

Very good food, typical Sicilian, superior culinary requirements. Very friendly service. In the guest room quite cramped, but beautifully designed when well visited, but then quite loud. In the heated forehead more space, but in winter under the table Arctic, above the table tropical, significantly lower noise levels. Clear recommendation.

In the truest sense a wickedness! Only, despite reservation, waited almost 30 minutes outside the door and then cold in the winter garden at ice, just so more sales on Valentine's Day. We went after 10 minutes as there was no willingness from the staff to deliver a blanket or change the table. At 3 degrees in the evening and gracious seat. You have to make it clear!

The restaurant had confirmed the reservation for 7 pm and two people on Valentine's Day. When we arrived at 7:00, about 20 people stood in front of the entrance door, which was also reserved for 7:00. The restaurant was obviously completely overbooked and full of breaks. We stayed about 10 minutes at temperatures around the freezing point and without any attention from the restaurants in front of the outdoor entrance. It was agitated that guests in the restaurant did not release the tables because they had to wait for the food for so long. We and others went out of the group of waiting and found another but reputable restaurant. Never again!
