"Surprised not to find this restaurant on Tripadvisor, I 'begged' them to add it, and I'm proud to be the first reviewer. After long searching, we finally found it: the best italian restaurant in Wuppertal! And it's our 'local'! This place is a jem: the...Lorenzo family comes from Sicily, and they can cook! The food is totally authentic. The pasta is always fresh: the daily specials will not disappoint you! You have got all the 'classics' and some fantastic ravioli with unusual twists e.g. veal and figs. Pizza is thin, tasty, just the right amount of topping... The antipasti are great: we were even served some delicious fennel salad: I think I've never eaten it in an italian restaurant outside Italy! They also have a good choice of wines, and being a fan of the sicilian ones, I have an easy life... The ambiente is cosy there is also a small, simple courtyard at the back for alfresco dining in summer and the service superfriendly. Enough said, just try it"

Cold and rainy day. Welcome was good and service was star. MY wife had tomato soup and tortelini with mushrooms. Pasta was al dente and made well. I had antipasto which was freshly prepared and saltimbocca with great vegetables. Lovely selection of grappa to...end off the meal. On fact we had more grappa and tiramisu to just make lunch perfect

So far every time great food, enjoyed in beautiful atmospheres. This time even on the beautiful terrace. The service is very attentive and friendly, takes a lot of time to answer questions. All my guests were completely enthusiastic. Vegan diet could be dealt with without any problems, so no one stays on the track and everyone found it suitable for themselves. I always like to come by!
