Grandma's appetizer is inedible, in particular, the tongue seems like plastic and the anchovies are soft and seasoned with poor quality raw tomato puree. Bad tasting Russian salad. The linguine with artichokes and Bra sausage are terrible: overcooked, with a lot of cooking water on the plate and no seasoning; the artichokes are raw but why? It's not a salad! and the sausage, not much, served partly cooked and partly raw ? . Exaggerated portions are not essential and possible when you cook well and use quality raw materials."
