"So on Friday, 14 November 2014, I went there in desperate need of a proper meal. if I had had a telephone number, it would have been advisable to book a table, even outside the season, this restaurant seems very popular and I guess that they are good with the more traditional Umbrian/Italian dresses, people around me were all happy carnivores. I came pretty early and some tables were occupied and the rest reserved. they made me a table, but I don't have to say it wasn't the best. ... has several vegan choices stretching it. the waiter was honest enough to tell me that the non-egg noodles on the menu were somehow with protein, but told me that the kitchen can prepare the dish with pasta or spaghetti. that is a big plus, as I was in restaurants where the staff knew nothing about the ingredients of their vegetarian options. as an antipasti was only bruschetta vegan. they have a vegetarian menu, but I doubt that the cheese is with vegetarian net. all nets were with meat or fish. salates were partly vegan. they also have a large dessert card, usually cake (with butter, eggs, milk.) it is really hard to give a fair assessment. I was well served, fresh food and the waiter was very friendly, and it is very difficult to get vegan food in italy (very surprisingly, with a few tweaks even traditional dishes can be vegan prepared.)"

Ambiente magico, pulito e ordinato. Ottima la torta di testo con verdura di campo e prosciutto di Norcia, eccezionale gli strangozzi alla Pallotta.Personale gentilissimo.

Location caratteristica, personale gentilissimo e cibo squisito (il coniglio alla pescatora più buono mai mangiato). Soluzioni anche per celiaci. Merita davvero una visita per mangiare del buon cibo e sentirsi coccolati dal personale. Torneremo di certo

Locale accogliente e gradevole in una giornata fredda. Gentilezza dello staff che ci fa accomodare previo controllo greenpass. Ordiniamo Strangozzi alla Pallotta (salsa di olive nere, tartufo e peperoncino) e Cappellacci con pecorino di fossa e miele. Ottimi e abbondanti gli strangozzi; peccato per la salsa non proprio gustosa e con peperoncino non sentito Più gradevoli i cappellacci: saporiti e piacevoli da masticare. Ottimo il secondo di polpette di baccalà con crema di patate allo zafferano: un'impanatura perfetta tutta da gustare con un buon baccalà. Buon vino frizzante, caffè e amaro locale per chiudere il pranzo. Globalmente un giudizio discreto stante il deludente primo di strangozzi.
