"My husband and I had an amazing time here! It was our first Florentine steak and it did not fail us. We ordered their truffle fries as well. As much as I would have wanted to try their renowned options of pasta, we did not order any because we knew it will be too much for us to take in. I can say we had an amazing time for the following reasons: 1. Friendly and attentive staff. The line is dispensable because the staff will immediately do their best to sit all guests. 2. Spacious area. They have varying options for diners. Outside, inside- name it! We were seated near the door and to my surprise, when I used the loo, it was so vast inside. More tables and chairs. 3. Steak is great! My husband loved it here. His face lit with so much admiration. I can say the same thing. 9/10 We should try the medium next time and ofc, must come back for the pasta."

immancabile tappa di pausa pranzo, posto verace e ruspante, vasta scelta di portate e piatti all'altezza delle aspettative. Bistecca gustosa e cotta ad arte, sgabelli un po' scomodi ma ci sta. servizio veloce e professionale.

Ottima locanda per degustare i piatti tipici di Firenze. Locale per chi vuol mangiar bene senza troppi fronzoli. Come scritto sui cartelli, mangi bene e paghi il giusto. Una bistecca alla fiorentina da circa 1,3 kg (buona), divisa in due. Due porzioni di patate fritte (come quelle che fai a casa), 2 bottiglie d'acqua da 1 litro, e due dolci (buoni), al prezzo di 66 euro. C'erano trattori come questo! la posizione è davvero grande vicino al mercato centrale di firenze e domina la piazza circostante. ottimo servizio, veloce, puntuale. gli interni della camera sono molto caratteristici che sembra essere all'interno di una taverna in mattoni con molte decorazioni che ripercorrono la storia del locale e dell'italiano. abbiamo preferito cenare fuori per vivere l'atmosfera di firenze. Abbiamo preso l'antipasto zazà ricco di tutti quei gusti toscani: fegatini, robiola, prosciutto, uova con tartufi, bruschette, ecc. ma quello che siamo rimasti stupiti erano la seconda carne che ci ha estasi dal primo all'ultimo morso: foro osseo con fagioli e filetto di manzo con sal...
