"Where can anyone get a decent take away curry these days. We have used our usual restaurants but decided to use a take away instead and decided to try Vale curry House for a change as we had not used them for a while. Well what a total disappointment. The starters were OK but as I had pre ordered on their website we assumed that what was ordered was delivered. The chicken I ordered was far too hot and the peshawari naan was not it was plain. Unfortunately I couldnt eat my curry as it was far too hot. Gues what when I contacted Vale curry house they said well you ticked the box on the pre order but didnt say what strength when you ordered on the phone. I said I assumed that the orders would have been linked. Be WARE never order from this place. They even said my card had been declined so I wanted to pay on card over the phone , bu they wouldnt allow this either, so when it was delivered I paid cash £32:50 for something that couldn't be eaten. Don't touch this place as they aren't bothered. I just wanted my money back."

Visited the area on holiday and ordered from this Indian. It was amazing. Ordering online was extremely easy. Food arrived piping hot. It was amazing it was all we talked about. Would 10000% recommend

lamb lots of pieces per meal been before and would return possibly one of the best around just wish naan had been freshly made Saagwala : Lamb great curry with no heat Ceylon : Lamb had a lovely kick!!

Not the best customer service to be honest and better places in Stoke on Trent to order a Saturday night curry . Sorry Vale Curry house , but it’s a no from us . Your drivers who deliver are a bit lazy !

Could not be bothered to cook dinner so I said to the wife what do you fancy and she said curry, disappointed she didn't say me but hey. Looked at the reviews and we had had a recommendation so we went to get take out. The service was excellent and the waiting time was minimal. The food was delicious and there is plenty of it to boot. Side note, they gave us some free poppadoms and dips. All round great place to get a curry from, I would recommend here in a heart beat

I took a gamble on ordering a curry from this company and my god, what an amazing experience! The quality, taste of the meal was A1 Really superb quality. I can't fault the place in any way shape or form. I've now used them again and the second order was as good as the first. The delivery driver was friendly and If you want a great curry that doesn't have dry chicken and uses high quality ingredients then this is the place to order from. One only negative is that they don't have bottled drinks for sale so no bottle of coke or fanta... Maybe something you guys should look at. Thank you for amazing food and will be ordering again that's for sure.

During lockdown I've ordered a few Friday/Saturday night takeaways, and Vale has always been the best for a good curry. Nicest onion bhajis I have had in a long while, everything is always consistently tasty. If you order direct online you can customise your curry, increasing/decreasing spice level and adding more ingredients, which is great. My partner always has a chicken tikka sagwalla and theirs is the best he says. Last night I ordered for 9pm delivery but was struggling to get back home in time, so I rang and asked them to make it around 9.30 instead. No problem. I got home, and they delivered at 9.32, good going for a busy Friday night. I just wish they had a restaurant, haha
