"My family and I have been eating our way through Italy for about 10 days. We started in Rome then Florence and now Modena. It's a Sunday night, so almost everything is closed here. After doing online research on Trip Advisor we decided to come here and made a reservation through the Fork. We started with a bottle of local Vecchia Modena Premium Lambrusco a plate of Culatello w Parmigiana cheese a plate of mixed cured meats. Awesome! For dinner: My son had a pizza with Gorgonzola and Speck. Perfectly cooked with the mild Gorgonzola and the speck being an amazing combination. My wife had homemade tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce which was spectacular. I had a fillet of veal with an unctuous reduced balsamic vinegar sauce which was also an amazing combination. The winner and champion dish of the night was ordered by my daughter. She ordered the simple homemade meat tortellini with parmigiana cream sauce. Best dish of the evening. Best meal in Italy!"
