Venture - Menu

The bar is great for watching sports and has a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately the staff (specifically the blonde barmaid) were very rude. I won't be coming back.

We heard the Venture had a new chef so tried it recently. The food is back on point....we had a really good meal served by very friendly and efficient staff. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant had well-spaced tables and a pleasant atmosphere with sports playing on the TV screens. The service was quick and attentive, and the food was fantastic! We enjoyed a tasty chicken brioche burger and delicious spare ribs. We will definitely be returning for more!

I visited this pub for the first time in over years. Although now more open spaced and bright, I actually much preferred the split between the room style they had. Nonetheless manager was great, very good covid regulations in place and the beer was...good. Was only there for or so but no complaints.

Outstanding food although we only saw one member of staff and he was so lovely and was easy to talk to, I had fajitas and they were the best fajitas I have had, we sat in the Terrace at the top and it was very...nice! Would recommend for social distancing as it’s a very big pub and the measurements were amazing!! Will definitely be making another appearance soon! View menu

This pub could be such a great venue to watch the sport in Reigate, but the manager has a terrible attitude problem and it completely ruins the place. Most people I know avoid the pub unless they are watching sport and even then try to...find an alternative. He doesn't have to be friendly on all occasions, but he is regularly rude to the customers and makes them feel unwelcome. Unless the manager sorts out his attitude problem I won't be back.

We visited this restaurant for the first time after Covid restrictions were lifted. It could have been a bit of a letdown, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a beer garden where we could relax. The atmosphere was small and cozy, and the two servers, Jess and Angie, were friendly and funny. We didn't know about the beer garden before, but we will definitely be returning soon as it was a great experience. We were impressed by Jess and Angie's excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you for a wonderful evening. (Unfortunately, the handsome blonde man mentioned is not in the photo, so we apologize for that.)

My friend and I attempted to come in for one drink on a Thursday evening, but we were rudely greeted by a member of staff who put his hand up at us gesturing us to stop which we found very rude considering we just waked...in. Next he asked if we had a booking, to which we said no, and afterwards he asked us if we had ID otherwise we cannot come in. My friend and I are and only wanted to come in for a soft drink. The overall attitude from this member of staff was beyond rude and neither of us has ever experienced such treatment in our lives.
