"very attentive and charming staff that felt comfortable and welcome. we had the escaping almost for ourselves and eating and drinking came as a result quickly. the portions were generous. the menu had suitable for vegan products it was good to see several options on the menu for people with specific nutritional requirements. In order to improve the experiences in the future, fresh ingredients (e.g. in the seafood linguins that seemed to be frozen) would be preferred, but given the current circumstances after the block and at the end of the summer season, the lack of fresh ingredients is understandable. the pub is located on the opposite side of the hotel lobby from the restaurant and worked much cosier due to the warmer lighting, the unhindered windows and the general unfussy decoration. the restaurant where we ate was quite “cold” (not in the ambient temperature, but in the atmosphere) with a very blue palette of decoration and surfaces, and with the blinds and thick curtains the half over the windows. to make more available sunlight or add some attractive internal lighting, here would make a welcome difference the procedure to pay the meal should be checked. I am sure it makes practical sense to collect card payments in the bar, but it felt quite strange in a world where we are so used to, personal also in the position to collect payments everything in all I would expect all dunes to enjoy a simple, square meal that could not be the paragon of English cuisine, but will certainly satisfy everyone starving in a attentive environment."

our food took age to appear, and when it did, mine was practically unusable (burned to a crack) and my partner was not much better, the waitress that served us was very bad and actually gave us a reduction. but it still left us hanging. View menu

The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, but the food was unfortunately overcooked and salty. The vegetables seemed tired and overcooked as well. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lacking, with dim lighting and little ambiance.

Our food took a long time to come out, and when it finally did, mine was completely burnt and my partner's was not much better. The waitress who served us acknowledged that the meal was very poor and gave us a discount. However, we were still left hungry.

we have booked for our jubilee. we were disappointed, the only diner in the restaurant in the menu was more for the lunchtime offering sandwiches, burgers and chips, cakes and mash. the view of the sea was great, and the waiter treated us to share a pudding.

We had a great experience at this restaurant, especially since there weren't many places open that weekend. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was good, and the food was excellent. It would be even better if there were a few more menu options, but the quality and portion sizes were good. The restaurant is conveniently located right across from the seafront and just a 10-minute walk from the town center.
