"A great restaurant, beautiful views and delicious food. Unless you're stupid enough to show up there at 5:30 p.m. The friendly service turns out to be an act: you are either ignored or, as in our case, simply left sitting there for 25 minutes after ordering coffee and cake. After an endless wait, we are told that it will take another 5 minutes until our order is carried out: the staff is at the table and finally has to eat something... then there are 10 employees sitting in an illustrious group eating and the same number of guests sitting outside without operation. Operations simply stand still, guests are still seated without prior information that nothing is happening in terms of service. Sure, it's a human right to eat at 5:30 p.m., but then the guest is just a nuisance. So the decent thing to do is to close the restaurant or point out that nothing is running until 6 p.m. Arrogance on the Alp, no thanks!"

Beautiful location, outdoor space with tables surrounded by nature. Unfortunately I ordered the ravioli, which were very good but were only 10 small ravioli that barely covered the bottom of the plate (for 26 francs!

5 stars for the location, service and atmosphere. Minus 1 for the food the starters and the main courses we ordered weren't that great which was a bit of a disappointment because everything else ticked the right boxes. There were other things on the menu that I would be happy to try next time. And I will update my review accordingly. The desert looked good but we had to leave early. We Loved the place. Loved the fact that it was family friendly and animal friendly. I noticed a couple of families bringing their dogs. Service was very attentive. It is not often that someone goes out of the way to make sure that children get their food first on their own initiative. I really appreciated that. I...

"Me and my husband chose this restaurant to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. We came all the way from USA and I can tell you this place didn't disappoint us. Very nice location, close to the lake and easy to find. We started our 5 course chef's tasting menu from appetizers by chef. It was mix of cheeses in different variations deep fried, cream cheese, cheese truffle and refreshing gazpacho soup. 1.Our first tasting dish were amberjack ceviche with fresh mint, peach and lemon sauce. It was absolutely delightful. 2.Then we had poached egg in creamy pea puree and shaved with Belèer Knolle cheese. It was also one of my favorite dishes because it was so creamy and egg was a great addition to this dish. Also there were Bona crumbles sweet to balance the pea puree. 3. Next Paccheridi Gragnano halves with oriental veal ragout. unfortunately this pasta wasn't my favorite. It was too al dente and I am not used to such a thick uncooked pasta. We ask waiter and he confirmed that's the way it should be. Also too much peanuts overwhelmed the sauce and it felt you are eating sneakers. But I absolutely loved veal ragout sauce, it was rich with flavors and very nicely done. 4.Then our next dish was Red Mediterranean tuna with charcoal, teriyaki mayonnaise, cucumber and puffed rice with seaweed. It was the best cooked tuna that I ever tried. It was so tender and melting on my tongue. 5. Next was perfectly cooked Duck with cherries. I absolutely loved duck, it was cooked to perfection!!! 6. Pre dessert strawberry basil puree to refresh tasting buds and prepare for the dessert. 7. Vanilla cheesecake with apricot and carrot sorbet with prune compote. 8. And complementary truffle selection from Chef to congratulate us with our anniversary. Absolutely best anniversary meal. I also loved that service here was very open and nice. It was my first Michelin star experience and I didn't felt any snobbism, like in other restaurants in Milan for example. Nice presentation, and all dishes were properly described in English for us which is additional plus since my husband doesn't speak Italian. Absolutely worth the trip!"
