"This restaurant is absolutely perfect! I went for the first time during my recent visit to the area and had the most wonderful meal. The restaurant was immaculate and I really enjoyed being able to see the kitchen through the large window. The service was attentive but not overbearing, and the food was incredible. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant on our next trip to Birmingham."

I have been visiting Viceroy for a few years now. Unfortunately on this occasion I did not enjoy my experience. I found it difficult to hold a conversation as the noise level was above average, due to a large party who were there at the same time. The neighbouring table was also affected by this. Apart from the atmosphere the food was outstanding as usual.
