Wir waren vom Essen hin und weg. Von Anfang bis Ende hatten wir einen wunderschönen Abend. Der Service und das Essen haben uns so gute Laune bereitet. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Und möchten ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team aussprechen.

Super Restaurant, wer in Montabaur durch die Altstadt streift und Hungerverspürt ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Bodenständige Küche aber mit einem gewissen Pfiff! Immer lecker und faires Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das einzige was toll wäre wäre wenn man die doch recht cleane Beleuchtung an der Decke gegen etwas kuschligeres austauschen würde. View menu

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Abend in Victor´s Restaurant verbracht. Das Zweierlei vom Rind war sehr zart und hat lecker geschmeckt. Auch vom Octopus mit Rosmarin-Kartoffel-Pürree waren wir begeistert. Alle Zutaten waren frisch und so regional wie möglich. Das Ambiente ist individuell und stimmig, das gesamte Team freundlich und aufmerksam. Was will man mehr für einen entspannten und gelungenen Abend. Großes Lob und Danke an alle für diesen schönen Tagesausklang in der oft etwas hektischen Vorweihnachtszeit.

the service was friendly, but had difficulty because the other was very big. my gas and I ordered calves carving with fruit curry sauce. after a long time, two carvings were served, which took the service back into the kitchen and came back shortly later with the carvings under a half-hot ketchup sauce. fruits could not be recognized and tasted at the best, and we had to push the sauce aside, because it did not fit the carving and also did not taste. the carving itself was ok, as well as the rosmarinkartoffeln, the salatsauce was fad.I will no longer visit this restaurant. Ich war mit meiner Frau zum Abendessen im Victors. Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier wird einfach noch der entscheidende Schritt weiter gedacht. Das Essen, was ja im Restaurant die Hauptsache ist, war auch wirklich super. Erstaunt waren wir als uns berichtet wurde, dass vollkommen ohne chemische Helferlein gekocht wird. So werden die Bratensoßen etc. noch ganz traditionell selbst angesetzt. Außerdem legen die Eigentümer wert auf ethischen Fleischeinkauf. Das finden wir, gerade in der heutigen Zeit, äußerst Bemerkenswert.

I was eating here with some colleagues today and we ordered the lunch table. most ordered a mainstream inclusive coffee. the coffee was taken before eating. Maybe we should have noticed that the coffee should be served only after eating. the main course consisted in some of Spare-Ribs/Bratkartoffeln/Salat. the food was tastefully good, but unfortunately the salat was missing. insecure if I had read at the order and the dishes were already cleared, I would rather not say anything. only after going out I notice on the sign before the entrance that the salat had actually missed the main dish. Although we had sat very nicely in the courtyard and the staff was very nice, I will not go to eat here... View menu
