"After visiting the Charlottenburg castle I was hungry and discovered together with my friends close to the subway station Richard-Wagner-Platz (U7) this small restaurant. As a starter I ordered vegetarian spring rolls. They came with the typical fish sauce as a dip and some salad. These rolls made of rice paper and filled with vegetables, tofu and herbs were really delicious. After this I ordered as the main course a vegetarian tomato soup that is not in the menu and was a recommendation of the cook and owner from the restaurant. This soup was huge and very delicious because of a very fine taste and aroma made of some special Vietnamese herbs, lemon grass, vegetables and tofu. A nice Vietnamese tea was included. To finish this wonderful meal I had a Mango shake (Lassi) prepared with coconut milk. My friends who are not vegetarians ordered Goi Bo from the menu which is a vietnamese meat salad made of grilled meat on a blend of salad and Vietnamese herbs and a ginger-lime dressing and the classic Pho Bo soup and Wantan soup. It felt like a short trip to Vietnam. We all were really surprised about the taste and quality of all the food and at the end of the low prices on the bill."
