"Wouldn’t use again. I went for coffee with my dog and the trainer and asked if dogs were allowed and the girl said no which is fair enough but she looked at us as though we’d smacked her in the face with a wet fish. I asked about sitting outside and was told we could I also asked if my dog could have a bowl of water to which I was told she’d have to see if they’d got a bowl. Now I know some people don’t like dogs but a cafe without bowls never. When the young lady brought the drinks and can I just say a friendly lady I asked her if I could have a bowl of water for my dog she said certainly I’ll go and get one. Why can’t all the staff be friendly. Would I go back Never and will I be telling people how the staff treat you I Certainly will. Oh another thing unless you want to burn your fingers or wait for your coffee to go cold don’t order the latte. It’s served in a glass without a handle so you can’t even pick it up to drink it. Had to give it one star otherwise it wouldn’t submit it."

One of my favourite places to go for breakfast/brunch! Food is delicious and staff are friendly. Gets pretty busy so make sure you book!

Went for lunch and had some amazing food. Excellent service and a fair price. I had the buddha bowl with chicken and would def go back. The restaurant was really busy but the food came out really quickly

Decent food with a good menu. The server could have been a little friendlier and the service overall was a little slow but it was very busy at the time so I give them that. Would definitely visit again at some point in the future.

Friendly staff, delicious food, fast service and good value. I had the French toast and my sister had the halloumi brioche with fries, both really nice. Also the blueberry lemonade is amazing. Would definitely visit again in the near future.

Had some lovely lunch/brunch on Monday . Hadn’t booked a table and it was very busy. We were found a table and ordered quite quickly . The food was so tasty and didn’t disappoint. My daughter didn’t like the hash on the veggie breakfast but enjoyed the rest . It is a little more expensive that other coffee shops but worth it . Thank you x

We've been going here since it first opened and it never improves. The food is good but the service is so slow and terrible. 25 minute wait for a drink because they have one person making drinks, big queues at the till to pay and no one who works there seems to care. So disappointing, I won't bother going back as everytime I try and give them another chance it's still terrible.

Previously had a great experience which was why we went back, but this visit it was full and very noisy acoustics. The staff were lovely but the wait time was 15 minutes to get our drinks which were wrong and then 40 minutes for our food and it was average as we were all starving by then and the food was just warm. Had to ask for water for the table 3 times appreciate they were really busy but we will not be going back again. Such a shame that when they are busy they can’t keep up the standard and food quality of our first visit.

Took my mom here for the first time today. Very disappointed. We were told to sit at a table with stools as it was busy. I explained to the guy with the beard (manager? that I suffer with a bad back so a stool is not ideal for me but he told us that as soon as a table with chairs became free he would move us. At least 4 or 5 other couples came in after us and he seated them instead of moving us a promised. We were hoping to have some food but we only had a drink as I was too uncomfortable. If he is the manager he has no interpersonal skills! Won’t be going there again!

"Been wanting to come here for a very long time after driving/walking past it, and my partner has wanted to come here since she’s moved here. Hand sanitizer upon arrival with track trace check in code. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and all very masks. The lady we had who served us throughout our time (apologise I forgot her name began with A I think), she couldn’t have been anymore helpful. With a very wide range of food, she told us everything on the menu was very nice as she has tried everything! The decor of the restaurant is what I’d expect in a typical Italian restaurant, very rustic and has a feel of being in Italy. To start I had the belly pork with Jack Daniels sauce, I’ve never tried belly pork and it was so tasty and very tender. My other half had the goats cheese in filo pastry which was also very nice. For mains, I had the Risotto con salsiccia (spicy sausage, peppers, onions, garlic, tomato and chilli). It was so nice I’m glad it was a big portion as I wanted more! I don’t think the sausage was spicy but overall I was very impressed. Other half had a cheese chicken mushroom calzone which was also nice. We had a nice bottle of white wine which absolutely complimented the whole meal. For dessert I had sorbet and other half had a deep fried cannoli once again both really nice. Reasonable priced meal for two people, and very highly recommended. Plenty parking and we will be back soon with our family. Very authentic home cooked Italian food and Cafe Casita is way better than some of these chain restaurants!!"
