"We ate here because the place where we wanted to dine was full and they sent us here as it is their sister restaurant. It was a Sunday evening so our choices were limited and we were happy to find a place for dinner. However...we were very disappointed in the food and our waiter. The food was merely mediocre. The waiter was inattentive, abrupt and rude when he did appear and to make matters worse I gasped when he poured wine into my half full water glass. He said he would replace the wine but we had to remind him after waiting a long time for my wine. If I made a mistake of that magnitude I certainly would have taken care of it immediately and probably offered a complimentary glass as an apology for sloppy service!"

outdoor dining in good weather...….very good service......wide selection of dishes and Italian wines....all 4 of us were happy with our dishes...a repeat....just a little outside the old city

Although a bit outside the Altstadt we walked there and enjoyed a good outdoor dinner next to a spot of green in a residential area. Service was good and knowledgeable. Cooking was good to great as regards my grilled meat. Nice wine list. A place...well frequented even on a Sunday evening.

Upon my arrival I was motioned to a dirty table so I sat there. After quite some time no one came to re-set, so I had to call to a waiter to do it. The food was okay but nothing special. The restaurant seems to...be popular with locals, most of whom ordered a single pasta dish and were happy with ir. If I had ordered likewise, I might have felt better about my meal. Been multiple times in Heidelberg for both business and holidays and now I have my go-to place in front of the usual hotel I go to: Our road-trip to Dubrovnik and so I can now get a variety of food between Italian good quality in...Vinci due and the Heidelberg Crown Plaza. Looking at the video you will be able to enjoy the variety of food and also you can trust me when i mention that it was tasty and that for sure if you are around you’ll like it! Sure they will see me back when in town…

we came for a week break from london and went twice to vinci due. the ambiente is pleasant and the service was both great. the melanzane parmigiana was fabulous. one of the best I had all over the world. they use good, qualitatiw high-quality ingredients, and this is well reflected in their directed. my partner loved the ravioli limone with mixed Italian cheese. the Sicilian cook makes itself very comfortable in his craft and it shows. from the due to a good wine list (at least in red wine). they do not offer pizzas here, but this is a good standard Italian.
