As readers notice, it is not our first dinner at Restaurant Vini di vini. When in Dusseldorf we do want to go to have diner over here. The quality is always the same. And never forget the lovely wines. Elvira is a host never to...forget !! So when you are in Duseldorf, give it a try.

Simple and very cozy, personal style. You can also sit outside in a little courtyard. We had excellent saltimbocca and dorada followed by lemon sorbet and cassata. Everything was delicious. Elvira, the owner, is a charming host. We'll definitely come back next time we are...in Düsseldorf.

Friends recommended the restaurant three years ago from their stay, but since then it seems to have worsened. eating was also good, weeping, but not with regard to the prices. too expensive for size a quality. the room where we sat was a bit cool and, although it was a Saturday night, the restaurant was empty.

an insult of an Italian kitchen. pasta is boiled with chopped whirls, instead of a good fresh sauce, “Risotto” is an overcrowded rice with the same hot and undercocked frozen vegetables. feels like they never heard of the words “Al dente” and “fresh”. the inner garden is actually sweet, but the table settings look cheap and the prices are not.

this is a super sweet restaurant that says it is open for lunch, but arrive, and they will not serve them lunch, but desert and coffee. Maybe they should make it clearer in their outdated service times. it's ridiculous that even during a global pandemic and recession they would turn off customers, so they keep that in mind when they go to lunch.

We came across this by chance, (it is a short walk away from the rear of the Intercontinental hotel). It was a warm enough evening to sit outside in their tiny courtyard. Welcome and service was first class, friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was...absolutely delicious. The best dinner we had on our trip very Italian with pasta, meat, fish etc, lovely fresh herbs and good wine.

Very nice ancient style constructed restaurant, brick walls with logs supporting the ceiling, you feel history in a way, reminded me of new Orleans restaurants. Delicious food, good presentation, warm service, helpful staff. Med to high price but worth it. *P.S*; the kitchen is open...to the dining area and the small size ventilation is not strong enough to remove all the cooking steam and the smell is annoying a bit. I wish the administration could do something about it. Recommended.
