"Conoces otros VIP, pues este es uno más, si no los conoces pues acércate a uno, es una experiencia como otras, hay que probarlo y luego sacar tus propias conclusiones, como todos los VIP tienes una gran variedad en desayunos, el inglés es mi preferido aunque no es recomendable para el día a día pero si para días que tardarás mucho en comer, por la tarde los batidos son una muy buena opción acompañados de tortitas, en la comida y la cena los sandwiches, hamburguesas y otros platos no defraudan y como siempre los refrescos son con relleno gratuito. Particularidades de este VIP pues está en una zona llena de otros restaurantes de franquicia por lo que puedes arrepentirte y seleccionar otras opciones gastronómicas, no tendrás problema de aparcar, disponiendo de un parking gigantesco junto a él y está muy bien situado al rededor de el a parte de las ofertas gastronómicas tienes Lidl, aldy, carrefour, Leroy Merlín, un centro comercial y mucho más."

Fuimos para celebrar un cumpleaños en fin de semana y, pese a estar más de medio VIPS vacío, tardaron una eternidad en ponernos tanto los cafés como la merienda. Came for lunch with family, took ages to get the orders, even more to get the food, and second course came cold and only after walking up to staff and asking them to bring it. Courteous staff but very, very clearly understaffed for the capacity. Avoid if looking for speedy service and meals that are still hot when brought to the table. Finishing this review now, but still waiting for desserts.

This is honest to goodness cafe food eaten at a pavement table surrounded by real Madrileños. It is a regular neighbourhood with regular people doing everyday things, like walking the dog (lots of pet dogs in Madrid by the way) except it’s very pleasant to sit outside and eat in 30 degree heat. I had an Argentinian steak with wedges and veg, beer and a coffee for €20. The staff don’t have a word of English which is great so you’ll have to get by pointing at the nice pictures in the easy to follow menu and saying Gracias a lot. A few vegetarian options which, when I visited Madrid last in 2016, was a problem for my better half (and consequently, me). So don’t dress up, just head along, order...
