"It's always worth a visit. There are typical German home cooking combined with specialties of their own brewing art, and not least the home-brown volcanic brown, which is a great thirst quencher. Whether with a group of travellers or a hiking club, you can have 5e degree here and enjoy excellent views. It is also possible to take fresh beer home enjoying the law, without taking promille. A stay in the beer garden can be enjoyed in nice weather. the Brauerstrasse below leads to a Museumley. Also, and that would be important, the rock cellar can be visited which deep beneath the earth always has a constant temperature of 8 degrees Celcius. The volcanic brewery formerly Wölker brewery is the last of 27 breweries of its kind in and around Mendig. The Hotel Waldfrieden in Wassenach, above Lake Laach, has been headed for about a year. My visit to the volcanic brewery was the goal of a bicycle tour."

Great mood, super waitresses. Meat from the burger too hard for my taste, but the beer is worth it! At least recommended!

I'm sorry. Sometimes it seems like, for example, the meat cheese is just the one from the normal aldi pack....Bier is great. :D

Volcano Brewery Christmas Market!!!!!! If the ad that is the most amazing, ingenious Christmas market, I was brought to the bottom of the facts on December 13, 2015. Say and write 5 buds. Eating buds left three. What a mourning game. The Christmas market is repeated on 19.12. and 20.12. I've had a Christmas market visit.

Solid home cooking in large portions at a price that is really okay. You can't complain. We barely rode, came a friendly service and picked up the beverage order, which were also brought shortly later. At meal it took a little longer, but the quality and taste suggests it was freshly prepared. The waiting period was appropriate for this. It is obvious that the beers sold in the brewhouse are from their own production. The brewery is only a few meters away.

So after owner or tenant change new interior equipment. I had a burger. One burger isn't a problem, but I have the personally constructed rolls, sauces, salads, lots and then tomato and cucumber and then rolls. But here he was standing on his head, as he stood on the plate like the leaning tower of Pisa, and fell over with the knife after the first cut. Interior and staff top, they as expected for such a business. The only point I'm taking off is because of the burger, so bad he wasn't and Pommes who could have been a couple more.

We were on the Christmas market in 2015. Since the entire scenery and ambience is very great, we decided to look at this market once. The market is opened only on certain weekend days. Unfortunately we were disappointed! There were just one hand full of buds in the beer garden area. In 5 minutes we saw everything. We really expected more. The interior of the brewery rooms looks quite cozy and rustic. In a small shop you can buy various brewery products such as freshly baked bread, beers and souvenirs. For golocal: For those who doubt that there was a Christmas market here: [here link] [here link] Volcano Christmas Market in Mendig, Niedermendig District, Volcano Brewery When: 12./13. and 19....
