Have visited the Chelmsford branch twice in recent months. Service great,food bang on i am new fan. The staff were charming and attentive

The food and atmosphere at this restaurant are fantastic. The staff, especially Ralph, were incredibly efficient and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and fresh. However, the only downside was that they tried to make us pay using a barcode. I prefer to receive the bill in person without having to use my phone. View menu

Took my husband and kids here on Monday evening . Pork Raman bowl and chicken Raman . All beautiful . Hubby had the Katsu curry . Waitress very friendly and smiley . I noticed they are busy delivery wise .

Awesome experience. Came for lunch with my son and his Jaoanese wife to compare with Japanese food. They loved it. Udon noodles were a particular favourite. Great service from Gifty. We loved the mixed mushrooms starter

Great restaurant!. Excellent food quality, the service was brilliant and our server (Mayidah) was very helpful. The establishment seemed very hygienic and had an overall welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend a visit! View menu

From start to finish a terrible experience. . The waitress, takes the drinks order and 20 mins later we were still chasing. People receiving food that Walked in 20 mins after us and sitting on the same table. In err of doubt this was a non busy time. The food itself was disgusting. A massive plate of rice with some chicken and curry sauce slapped on top. Some of the chicken was not cooked. Disgraceful.

Whenever we are in Chelmsford, we always choose this restaurant as it is one of the best Wagamamas. The new prawn seaweed rolls were delicious, my favorite dish is the squid, and the ramen was as good as always. I also tried the Cha Han Tofu, which was fantastic. I would love to see a squid option with that dish! Overall, everything was great with no complaints. The food was well-prepared and delicious. Check out the photos for yourself!

I ordered chicken teriaki, which I have had many times before in other wagamamas but was dissatisfied. There was hardly any chicken in it compared to other times and it was luke warm. My husbands chicken firecracker dish also didn’t have much chicken in it and wasn’t hot enough. The restaurant was not busy on wed may 18 th. No one came by after our meals was served to ask us if everything was alright. We were hungry so we just got on on and ate it, it was tasty, but not up to usual standard. View menu
