We came as a family of 9 for mother's day lunch. We had a Great meal food was lovely and we were well looked after by Joel. Great atmosphere.

We often come here due to the excellent food and service . Never had a bad meal yet . Came today for a birthday .., party of 18 and staff were amazing and attentive . Big thankyou to Joel and Hannah .

I have been to this restaurant before a football game and was shocked by the high price of drinks. I paid £9.20 for a Fosters and a John Smiths. It really felt like they were trying to rip off customers.

Joel was great very informative on the menu. Personable guy and smily. Lilly was efficient with the food. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Food was great. We had the steak and the burger. Very tasty. Would recommend A+ View menu

My wife and I had a rare day off work together and decided to visit the restaurant again. Our server, Hannah, was fantastic - friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was to our liking. The food was exceptional, as it always is when we dine here. We look forward to returning soon.

The restaurant was peaceful in the car park and inside the pub. The place was tidy and the staff were friendly. The beef dinners were generally good, but unfortunately, mine was not. I had requested well-done beef, but it was served still raw and bleeding. They promptly took it back and made another attempt. Although the beef was less rare on the second try, it was still undercooked, so I ended up giving it to my brother-in-law. The table was clean and the toilets were satisfactory.

This is our fourth visit to this pub and it has become one of our favourite places in Mansfield for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the Basset Hounds in tow. We have had consistently good food here and have been made to feel welcome and comfortable. There is great value food and drink and the breakfast is recommended highly. The team are all really friendly and will do their utmost to make sure you have a good time. Recommended dishes are: the rump steak, the full rack of ribs, the full breakfast, the chicken fajitas and the hunter's chicken.... so far!! View menu
