"Typical tourist rip off. We visited this restaurant with a friend. The waiter was super smarmy but all a cover for the rip off. Food was average but don't ask for mayonnaise or ketchup. I asked for mayo. Super nice guy waiter gladly brings three...sachets of mayo and unrequsted ketchup neglecting to say that the sachets were 90c each six sachets being 5.40 we only used two of the sachets but they were cleared away before we realized that they were going to charge for the sachets so we couldn't contest it. They also charged 90c for a glass of tap water. Again we weren't told of this charge. They are small amounts but it's the under hand deceit."

we had starved and found the Wienerwald after our visit to the natural-historical museum per infestation. as we know the chain, we thought we could eat there quickly. the waitress came fast but wordless. as my friend then wanted to order a large cola came only a very annoyed "we didn't." so we ordered something else to drink.
