"I was excited to experience an afternoon tea, but instead couldn't enjoy the meal due to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the staff. My water glass was caked in black, gritty grime and when I asked for a replacement, they gave me one equally dirty. My tea cup also was dirty, but only on the outside so I just gave up and drank from it anyway. We ordered two pots of tea because our waitress said we aren't allowed to split one, which resulted in us each having a lot leftover and spending more than we planned. The avocado toast was vegan friendly and okay, but I was so grossed out by the time we got our food that I didn't want to eat anything leaving the kitchen."

more beautiful place. After I had asked, I got a marked menu card and the personal was very nice and attentive.

if they wait over an hour for an appetizer of suppe, then it is served cold, why would I recommend this place, they obviously don't care about us the customers,

I have always loved to go to the Willow Tea Rooms to have a nice cup of tea in its gorgeous Mackintosh themed ambiance. And now I can even eat there! I had the vegan afternoon tea. It was very nice and great value for money. View menu

beautiful restoration of an incredible building and makes it too face, that is the reason to go! brilliant selection of tees and drinks. we had the vegan afternoon, beautiful sandwiches and scorpse, but disappointing “frozen honey” untamed cake.

I like the new free from menu. Had the afternoon tea, very good. The place is nice and the Watt Brothers branch is indeed cheaper (and has a different menu) than the new one on Sauchiehall Street. Mackintosh design, plus a little Mackintosh based shop.

the worst service and atmosphere I have ever experienced. the coworkers, especially assistent manager was rude and totally respected me and my family and left my 16 year old daughter in trench, who upset all of us. that was two days ago and it's still on my head. eating was ok, except for cold tea-rubber scenes and not enough cream or. more View menu

hummus pepper toastie 5.50) -came with salad, tomato and gurkensalat, which was a very nice note, with hot hummus and paprika. beautiful combination. vegan scone spread 3.50) came with vegan butter and jam that can be unusual for places with vegan options. gluten free chocolate brownie 3.25) was very dry tasting. I would like to go back to try the vegan afternoon tea or the cute! the personal was very accommodating.

after reading the positive reviews, my hopes were high for an extraordinary vegan tee. the vegan afternoon was beautiful, but could have been a little more imaginative. I was a little disappointed with the very basic sandwiches, the scones with only jam and vegan spread, instead of vegan cream. the cakes were limited. my banana loaf was a bit under baked, but the brownie of my partner was delicious and was definitiw the highlight.
