. George was so happy and personal, enthusiastic and really sympathetic. The service was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the food and service was fantastic.

Food is OK, service is OK. The gap at the back of the chairs is full of food crumbs and needs a good clean. Toilets are down a load of stairs and need an upgrade. It's not as busy as it used to be.

This wimpy restaurant is probably the best for miles . The staff are very polite and attentive . The boss is very polite and very helpful and you can tell he wants you to enjoy his food . Definitely with a visit

Wimpy Southend is a very professional operated restaurant. The staff are very friendly and the food is first class and tastes the same every time you visit . We’ve been 3 times now in lockdown and call in for a takeaway on our walks .

Quite lunch with my son. Served quickly even though lots of customers, food came to table within 10 minutes of ordering. 2 x quarter pounds with chip, large cola, large chocolate shake with cream £19- clean, fresh, polite staff. In out in half an...hour 10/10. We left happy full.

I started a week with my fiancée for a brunch date. Service is excellent, always helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend the egg bacon pancake stack, it is soooo good, my fiancée always has the bacon ash brown muffin it is his favorite. Good quality food at a good price, we will see you next week

I visited wimpy today with friends the food would lovely. My friend wanted to put a toilet but she was told to go up to the 1st on floor where there was toilets. I suffer from learning disability and my friend suffer with depression and...society. To help my friend I went with her. Which was to calm her down. Went we got back the manager didn't ask whether my friend was all right or not didn't want to knowledge us. It took me about an hour to calm my friend down. He was no help at all in this situation.

came here with my family for a nice meal to say that we were not allowed on the door until proved that we track and trace completed - was no problem, but manager was very rude when it came to it. a dame came in, and did not have to follow and follow, so was confused. our eating came out and was okay, but tomaten and jelly was mold manager who cried during this at his staff and even saw a girl crying and going into hysterics. the manager then seemed very aggressive to the staff and continued to shout at all employees

Although the food in the past has been pleasant from here a few reasons why I have now changed my mind about visiting this restaurant would not recommend or revisit. A very wet takeaway was delivered from Wimpy via Uber when calling the restaurant the...manager said if you don't like it come collect your self! (I'm not sure how you've got any customers left with this attitude) I then visited after shopping in town I was going to sit and eat but I was told if I was eating in I was to remove my mask only when seated in a rude tone (seating area not in the restaurant but outside in the plaza?)I decided to order takeaway but was greeted by quite a rude manager who then decided to put my order ov...
