"Every review says the same across all different review sites – this is 100% a total scam taking people 's money and not sending orders out. Literally the worst service I have ever received from any takeaway in London. Ordered direct via their website and after an hour I called to make sure my order had been received. I was asked for my order number and postcode and told yes it had and the driver was on the way. We live 5 minutes away from them, so when it didn 't arrive in 10 minutes I called again and was told the same. I repeated that process a further two times and was told the same, and that the driver would arrive 'any second '. After an hour and a half I called again and was told the order had never been received and nothing had left the kitchen yet. Their staff lied repeatedly – tbh it sounded like the same guy on each call, including when he admitted the order had never been cooked yet. On one of the phone calls the guy even 'called the driver to see where he was '. Totally mental. I cancelled the order and will be amazed if I see a refund. This is the second time using them and the second time we 've had an issue."

After seeing so many incredibly bad reviews on this takeaway service I thought I would give them a chance. They took my money and after waiting many hours for the food to appear no delivery arrived at all. I could not get hold of the restaurant and the calls were sent to voicemail. Do not use. I believe this may be fraudulent

update! the second time was eating was amazing. it was hot, delicious and punctual. brilliant service from the actual company itself has not only eaten. there was no problem. only sad that they are not blase tee, on the flip side when they crab love- all crab and lobster are really amazing and definitely recommend, next try the fish

We have ordered from Xiong Mao many times over the years and it 's steadily got worse. We 've waited ages in the past for a delivery, whenever we call they will say 'the food is on the way ' then another hour will go by. Last night we stupidly gave them another chance. We ordered at 7.45pm and the food didn 't arrive until 10.30pm. We waited over two hours and a completely wrong order was delivered! The food was awful, cold and sloppy. Please support other businesses that support their customers. Xiong Mao is a Xiong NO from me!
