This has to be the best place, and most affordable place in Witney! Staff are really friendly and accommodating. I try to visit once a month when visiting family!

When in Witney we always eat here before going to the cinema. A bit dearer than Spoons but much much better food. Large historic Inn which offers good food at a great price.

Very old English pub with very friendly staff. They serve excellent, well kept beer, the Brie and Pancetta open sandwich was exceptionally delicious. Will certainly return when we are again in Witney

My family and I visited Ye Olde Cross Keys this weekend and we were impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxed with a happy vibe.

The service was terrible! The whole atmosphere has changed with the new manager I definitely won't be returning. The greasy man loitering around really put us off having food. Also the staff including said manager drinking on shift really hasn't made me want to return...

On arrival there was a board saying 20% discount for Blue Light Card so that was excellent. We ordered two drinks, two steak and ale pies and tried to have the discount deducted which was too hard to do. The manager said she could manage 10% only. Ok we had to accept that. Then the meal came. The pastry was soggy, the beef was full of fat and gristle. It was awful. There was then nobody to give feedback to as they had all disappeared somewhere. We would never recommend this place to anybody unless all you want is a drink and to watch sport. Terrible experience not to be repeated.

This restaurant was absolutely terrible. My partner and I quickly stopped in with our 12-month-old son to grab a bite to eat while we were shopping in Witney. We ordered cheese toasties and chips for our son, as we thought it would be easy for him to eat. The menu described the toasties as having 3 types of cheese, but when they arrived, they weren't even toasted and only had a thin layer of melted cheese that seemed to have been microwaved. To make matters worse, the server forgot to bring my drink with my meal and seemed annoyed when I asked for it.
