"Stayed in the Travelodge opposite and ate here 4 nights on the bounce. The positions for dinner were great especially for the cost. They have specials nights too. Didn’t spend more than £15 for a main and a pint of coke. That just doesn’t seem to exist down south where I live. The staff are all very friendly (that’s Yorkshire for you) and food came nice and quick. I would definitely recommend for a dinner and drink."

Had sunday lunch carrots not cooked well meat was ok yourshire did not over rate beetroot yourshire was ok but did not rate the extra cost for bigger size

Revising my review. Haven't been in a while. Popped in yesterday for lunch with hubby before going cinema. Loved the food. Definitely improved. Also staff service with a smile and laugh Felt much better.

We ordered two 8oz Rump steak meals. I must say they were the best steak we've had this year. We did not have to wait very long for them. The staff were polite and very friendly. We will definitely return again soon.
