"It gets even more surprising. When I asked the manager why there was so little meat, he told me that's how it comes; the food is served like that. I couldn’t believe it when he said that it comes pre-packaged! I was left speechless. Had I really spent £14 on a ready meal? To make matters worse, the taste was off as well, and the amount of meat was just unacceptable. Additionally, my order was wrong initially, so I ended up waiting for my meal while everyone else at the table was eating. I had visited Zizzi six years ago and wasn't impressed then, but I thought I’d give it another chance. Unfortunately, I was let down once again. Overall, I would recommend saving your money and opting for a ready meal from Marks and Spencer's instead."

Very good food, tried their summer special starter which was lovely. It was a bit noisy in there when we arrived but quietened down by the time we left. Overall very lovely evening.

The food was great, and the service was excellent as well. My only criticism is that the air conditioning was quite cold and it felt uncomfortable. They even asked twice if they could turn it off.

I dined at Zizzi's on Mother's Day and was very happy with my choice. The waitstaff were excellent, and the food was tasty. It did take a bit of time to receive the first two courses, but it was Mother's Day, and we were content to take our time over lunch. The Tiramisu was fantastic!
