"Carp season is the first thing I connect to this restaurant. Still, you get a lot more here. I've been eating with my family more often and we've been very happy every time. Parking is in front of the restaurant. Here you will find a beer garden, small room for regular guests, dining room with many round tables for several people and two separate rooms(are often used for festivals and family celebrations . The atmosphere is very nice, regionally furnished with beautiful pictures. The service is super friendly. The drinks and the food are coming up quickly. The map offers food from the region, baked carp, a few Greek specialities and a day recommendation. The portions are very lavish (can be packed and beautifully decorated. The baked carp is a must here, has eaten many in Erlangen and come back here. As a conclusion you get the Uozo(whos like : from the host. Reservation is recommended for several people, but we always got space without a reservation, as there are plenty of tables. The waiting period was not long for many guests, as one would have expected. I recommend this restaurant."

Very good food and quick friendly service. The ambience is excellent. Children are welcome. The beer garden is quiet and well maintained. Can only recommend it is worth a try. Come back.

Was visiting Nuremberg with a colleague for a business meeting and had dinner in the beergarden at Zum Angerwirt. The local specialities looked great. I ordered schnitzel which was huge and tasty. Would go back.

Only the best, food top, service super and everything in a very beautiful ambience. In the summer you sit in the outdoor area very pleasant, far away from any traffic and the above characteristics are also given here, so highly recommended!

Today we brought 15 different foods home for a birthday party. All orders were executed correctly and on time and super packed so we still had warm dishes on the plate. Komme hier schon eine ganze Weile zum Essen her. Immer wird man freundlich und mit diesem tollen Lächeln der Bedienung begrüßt. Alleine das ist es wert hierher zu kommen.Selbstverständlich ist auch das Essen sehr schmackhaft. Vor allem die Leber hier ist zu empfehlen. Man muß sehr früh kommen, um einen Platz zu zu ergattern. Besucht den Angerwirt mal, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen.

Never again! Long waiting times for drinks, even if clean ambience, sanitary facilities in the need of sanitary, inconspicuous and overwhelming controls and a boss who believes that you do not need to write all the additives on the menu whether you are allergic or have incompatibility, such as the ice cream with hot fruits served with cinnamon, although not marked on the memory card!

Location, location, location is a double-edged blade for this restaurant. It's pretty much in the middle of a small housing region with practically no competition around, but at the same time it's not that close to the main routes. Arriving to the place, it looks quite cheap outside. E.g., in the summer there were really ugly plastic table covers. The interior luckily is quite much better looking and there are several rooms of different sizes available. The food is local (Franconian and Bavarian) combined with some Greek and Italian courses.
