Ein Lob an Küche und Service. Gerade im Service freundlich lächelnde Mitarbeiter, was heutzutage nicht mehr die Regel ist. Alles tip top! 5 Sterne !

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung hat sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Lediglich das Bier und die fehlende Inneneinrichtung haben mich ein wenig gestört.

specialized in trout restaurant with minimal finished menu and excellent new kitchen, the enklave is a dream in the Lower Saxony's teutoburger forest and close to towns such as Osnabrücker münster.

after a long time visits again.no comparison more with the old operator family dierker senior. we had eaten here often and very well. friendly and pointed eating were of course here. today disappointing forelle rather mini maximum child portion. roulade escapes as a 2mini rouladen for it with a lot nice. the whole thing for good money. Just a pity.

the potato soup was about salty, the pumpkin soup was o.k., but not fancy. the main dish (lax and scampis on sweet potatoes, mango pieces and fruit on a kokossauce) was very tasty, but the portion very lush. the portions are so large that only very good eaters should eat an appetizer. we were so acquainted that unfortunately there was no more space for the fried vanilleeis, a pity.Positive was that had been received on special wishes of a hospitable (combination of three dresses). has worked great. nice service and nice ambiente. we will come back, but presupposedly we will give up an appetizer. Die Kartoffelsuppe war etwa salzig, die Kürbissuppe war o.k., aber nicht ausgefallen. Die Hauptspeise (Lachs und Scampis auf Süßkartoffeln, Mangostückchen und Erdnüssen auf einer Kokossauce) war sehr lecker, die Portion aber sehr üppig. Die Portionen sind so groß, dass nur sehr gute Esser noch eine Vorspeise essen sollten. Wir waren so gesätiigt, dass leider kein Platz mehr für das frittierte Vanilleeis war, schade. Positiv war, das auf spezielle Wünsche eines Gastes eingegangen wurde (Kombination aus drei Gerichten). Hat super geklappt. Netter Service und nettes Ambiente. Wir werden wieder kommen, aber vorsorglich auf eine Vorspeise verzichten.
