"Unkel is located directly on the father Rhine (40m). A beautiful old town with small old cheeses, semi-concrete houses and courtyards attracts guests. Along the Rhine promenade overlooking the Siebengebirge you will also find the Weinhaus Zur Traube in the centre of Unkels. Large parking spaces are within walking distance. Surroundings We come from the city side and stroll through the beer garden through the guest house Korf to the restaurant area of the Weinhaus Traube. The house was built in 1707. The bright green café chairs and a vine roof to the ceiling are immediately noticeable, which are distributed over the sitting guests. Here the grapes fall directly into the wine glass. The vines are partly over 100 years. The entire wine garden is covered with glass. The tables and chairs are simply joined together to harvest wine, put in the niches and harvested grapes from the ceiling. Sadness in disgust is something unique. Everything was decorated by past days with utensils. The wooden floor is slightly inclined. Space for up to 180 people. Disabled toilet facilities. The scavenger is beautifully baked in the pan, the mushrooms over it fresh and very excellent the mushroom sauce with a wonderful mushroom aroma. Conclusion: Those who are located in the area of Bad Honnef should not walk past hostes, but should return to the Weinhaus Zur Traube. Very good."
