"This is a typical old German restaurant with dark wood on the roof, dark green old and ugly carpet, old glass doors and everything else old. I went there for lunch, I had a white fish I found acceptable. As usual for a German place, the court was too tasteful and too rich with side elements. I paid 20 euros for this court. A bottle of water of 0.75l cost me 4.80€, which makes it 6.4€ per litre, maybe a bit too expensive. The service as usual for a German place was very disappointing, the fat hair type responsible for the service has no trouble being decent and friendly. No smile, no nice word. Finally, I find the place that is not worth the money. I don't understand the high rating of this restaurant."

Unfortunately, this time it was not quite so good, once we had the cordon bleu and once the wobbly carving. where the cordon bleu was not so successful. salat was good, pommes frites also na yes, but what was not so good, the fat has tasted extremely

Let me tell you, I ordered the meat special dish and I wasn't sure what I would get. I loved it (except one of the articles I believe I was closed was Mutton). Small place where we stumbled while we were in Frankfurt Langen. Would go for the pig alone.

Even though I lived in Langen for quite a while many years ago I had never been to the Westendhalle. Now last December I was and I was very pleased with everything. The service is very friendly and the food was very good traditional German food how it should be. The next time I go to Germany and specifically Langen I will go there again.

After a long time we were here again and it is still as we knew long ago: honest and delicious kitchen, all fresh and nice service. here can choose between 2 scheduled lunches for 7,50 € or a la carte. the lunch menus are varied and tasty in sufficient size.It goes fast and you are served very friendly. It's nice that there's something like that, besides the whole almost food chains and döner shops.

I had the veal medallions in the cream sauce with roasted potatoes and broccoli, and my colleague had the same carving in the same sauce. Both were perfectly prepared and tasty, and with two glasses of wine and a beer the total invoice was only 52 euros. The waitress was very helpful with menu translation and suggestions and took care of us. If I'm used to work to appropriate meals, was not expected fabulous! Very recommended.

I am visiting the Langen area for work, and was delighted to find this restaurant. You probably aren 't in Lagen as a tourist; you are probably visiting one of the many businesses located here, as I was. There did not seem to be many culinary choices near us, but we found this one, which I would rate as worth a special trip. The waitress dealt patiently with our inability to understand only a litlle German; if you don 't know any German at all, take a phrase book, or a German, along with you. Everyone in our party of four was very pleased with their choices. I had a dish of chicken livers prepared perfectly in a magnificent sauce. If you find yourself anywhere near this place, go there.
