Sono venuta con mia sorella... bellissimia atmosfera, sushi buono ma poco personale, il cameriere era tanto impeganto e nonostante la sua buona volontà ci dimenticava.

Cliente da tempo, ma devo dire che ogni volta è una conferma. Acquisto online con consegna a casa; servizio sempre puntuale e perfetto. Cibo di qualità, diverso dal resto. Gustoso ma non troppo pasticciato.

Cibo buono, location moderna. Bisogna fare attenzione al tavolo che con la sua forma curva sui bordi si rischia di far cadere i piatti. Peccato la mancanza della formula all you can eat ormai presente in tanti locali giapponesi. Staff cordiale e disponibile. View menu

Frequentato da sempre.Il servizio cala bruscamente quando manca Valentina, la direttrice del locale... Cibo sempre di ottima qualità... ma se non affiancato da un buon servizio è inutile andarci a mangiare... basta ordinare su glovo.Nel dettaglio tempi lunghi di consegna delle portate arrivate con tempi diversi (alcuni avevano finito di mangiare... mentre altri non avevano ricevuto nulla poca attenzione al cliente (nuova cameriera scortese)Che dire....Speriamo Valentina torni presto !

The sushi taste and the quality have been excellent! However the service was inconceivable and unacceptable!! They took our plate to the table and then they first asked us where to put them since there was no space on the table for two! Then they took the plate back to the kitchen until they found finally a solution keeping us waiting! Furthermore they were so unfriendly and unmotivated to work. I would go there again just to taste the sushi, which was really good, but I am not available to pay such price for an unprofessional service like this.

We booked for lunch and asked if the restaurant was pet friendly, on their positive reply we brought our dog and they let us in only after negotiating. Restaurant was almost empty but it took a long time to place the order and then be served. Food came in the end and especially sushi was good. Last order of grilled St. Jacques was very late so we asked to cancel it. It came in 10 mins later and we explained we had canceled it, they apologised for the delay due to the new chef’s lack of experience in the new kitchen ! but insisted anyway they could not cancel the order.
