"In the pre-Christmas period it was expected to be full, therefore an increased noise level but this is naturally okay in the context. However, the service personnel were only semi attentive and the previously assigned table for three people was lost in the middle of the room placed uncomfortable. Upon request, one has then assigned a different table, which was somewhat better but at a crowded wardrobe, so the food was “disturbed” both by guests and service. Vllt tests it again outside the stressful pre-Christmas period."

Was zu bemängeln ist: Das Brot ist nicht selbstgemacht, aber wegen des Preises ist das absolut gerechtfertigt und trotzdem lecker. Ein weiterer, kleiner Minuspunkt sind die Sitzplätze im Aussenbereich. Aufgrund des abschüssigen Gehwegs, sitzt man schräg und nicht bequem. Trotzdem kommen wir wieder!"

"Nous étions 4 et avons prix le Mix Teller Dalmatian... pour 3 personnes. Nous avons eu raison car on a eu du mal à tout finir, tant la quantité de viande (porc, bœuf, dinde,....), salade, oignons frits, riz, frites et fruits était importante. Pour 16-17EUR par personne, ça les vaut largement, d'autant plus que la qualité y était (hormis le riz un peu fade).On a du patienter 20 minutes car le restaurant affichait complet. Le personnel croate très gentil et très accueillant."

"I have eaten here multiple times, and I am always surprised by the fresh and authentic korean Food. The Restaurant is small, so I recommend reservations. The Service can be slow, but the Food is worth it. The soups are perfect for a cold or rainy day. The house made dumplings are delicious. I also really enjoy the kimchi, bulgogi, and Raymen. The chopche is also very tasty. Try it all! Be Aware that they open late on Saturday for lunch, 1300 hrs."

Es gab nach einer halben Stunde nur die lapidare Antwort, den Wein gibt es nicht. Obwohl er auf der Karte stand."

"Unfortunately, this is the worst Italian fine dining restaurant I have visited in Europe. The restaurant owner and waiter are very friendly and warm as you would expect from the Italians. Prices of the food are on the high side fine dining category. The...restaurant's ambience also resembles that of a fine restaurant. The food, however, is the worst I have ever had in an Italian restaurant of this category. My pasta was grossly overcooked with a mashy texture. The gambas/prawns that was served was clearly deep frozen its core was cold and mashy, a sign of microwave thawing. To be honest, this was cheap canteen food garnished on a fancy plate. It was a Saturday and there were many patrons dressed well in the restaurant. I remain shocked and puzzled, how this restaurant could be relatively well received. Either the area has barely any competition or the whole establishment was meant for pretentious guests who has no idea what fine dining actually means."

"I took a group of colleagues to havanna to lunch because it is near the botanical gardens and university. when I had eaten here in earlier times, I felt that their meals were somewhat higher than other restaurants on the Clemes-August-Strasse. today's afternoon seas, from spaghetti romana to blackenest to hamburger to pizza, were simply okay. nothing extraordinary or unforgettable, but an average meal with an average waiter at the table to visit, so that this dining room only average."

"We have been following Christian Sturm-Wilms' activities for a few years now. After a workshop with him at the cook of the year “Klosteredition” stood for us, we absolutely have to eat to him. Since we wanted to go to the Anuga Finale Patissier and Koch of the year, we already arrived on Saturdays and drove to the Kameha Grand in the evening. After we hired our car in the underground garage, we were allowed to get to know the hotel lobby/bar on our way to the restaurant. Arriving on the fifth floor, we were welcomed very friendly and brought to our table. Not only that we had a nice table, we liked the extraordinary design of the restaurant immediately and a beautiful evening there was nothing in the way. Of course, the food is in the foreground during a restaurant visit, but the service is now the first thing the guest gets to feel. In addition to very classic elements such as fanning up the napkins or picking up the chairs, this convinced us through stunning cordiality, looseness and competence. Great idea with the cloths. It was really fun to watch the young team led by Melanie Hetzel, how flotted and skillfully the team moved in the restaurant. In a glass of Ruinart Rosé, we chose the Omakase surprise menu from the map. After first greetings from Pulpo, pumpkin, Gyoza with scallop and red beds, we understood the concept: Japanese cuisine meets Mediterranean influences. The other 'surprises' Obsi Blue Blue Shrimps, Lachstatar with Saiblingskaviar, Carbon Black Cod, Variations from Wagyu and Gänseleber and a harmonious dessert had just swept away from the stool. Further details we could not remember due to our age and the many positive taste experiences. Everything boldly spiced and visually set 1a in scene - just our thing. Another highlight was the wine/sakebegleitung, especially the Sake. Know-how and with a lot of passion by Sabine Schrey. Conclusion: If you want to go for a trip to the Japanese-European cuisine, you will find it well. The team is to increase the bar, which so far held Christian Bau on Schloss Berg for us. Thanks to the entire team: Melanie, Christian, Sabine, Alexander, Marco, Nils and the many others. Yunico, we have to go back as soon as possible."

"we drove past and saw the restaurant lighter and decided to risk it. what a nice tasty bite! there were many tables that were reserved, but as we were early birds, they offered us a table when we could release in a few hours what was good. we started with a sortiment of antipasta and then took their recommendations from their daily superior. the food was nice and the clientele were also very friendly. only a word of intention, some of the German restaurants do not seem to be able to process foreign credit cards and this happened as one. Our meal was not expensive, so we have enough money to pay, otherwise it will be a doll to the next cash machine. will surely return"

"I never knew this place until I got invited to my godchild's birthday. Yes, a kid's birthday, which was kind of weird. But when the pizza's for the kids came, I knew why. The pizza for kids are made in different shapes (cat, bat, dragon etc.) The kids loved it and it tasted good.The place is in Dottendorf, which is not the usual place where you pass by not unless you need to go there. ;-) I think it is accessible through public transportation though as I saw a bus pass by on the main road. It is worth it anyway!The place is nicely decorated. The main dining area is well-lighted and in one corner you'll find the stone baking oven and the pizza counter and see how the guy makes the pizza.There are two loggia (a small and a big one), which can be reserved for groups. This is good as there is some privacy and the group may not disturb other guests.The staff are friendly and kids are very much welcome. They also got a garden where the children can play.I ordered wild boar fillet in fig sauce with fettuccine. It is actually good! That is their menu for the day. Of course, they got the usual pizza and pasta, which is good.I just have to criticized the cleanliness as some areas are a bit dusty and lots of spider webs. :-)"

"The VarieTee (formerly known as 'First Flush') is conveniently located at the Marktplatz, close to the old town hall and offers very nice views if you sit outside. I've been here several times, sometimes for coffee or tea and cake, sometimes for lunch or dinner. Always the beverages and the food are of high quality and the dishes are nicely executed. No sloppy plates leave the kitchen, your meal is always as pleasing for the eye as it is pleasing for your stomach. During this visit, the four of us had two salads, which were fresh and the dressing was very well seasoned, one piece of quiche with asparagus and the falafel plate. All found our approval. Along with it we ordered different iced teas. The 'seasonal' oriental flavour was very tasty, as was the classic with mint and lime. The service personnel is very accommodating as well, sometimes it just takes a while till the order reaches the table, but with the place mostly crowded, you have to give them some credit. It's true that it's not the cheapest place around, calculate about 20 EUR per person for lunch incl. the drink, but it's worth it and they've maintained their standard for a couple of years now. And since we all want to be paid adequately for good service, I'll gladly do it here as well."

Si te gustan los dumplings recomiendo el Menu B, que es el que siempre pido yo.Si hace sol recomiendo completamente comprar el Menú para llevar y tomárselo en el Hofgarten al lado de la universidad. No hay mejor plan de tarde que ese"

Desweiteren könnte der Wirt wenn er denn schon hinterm Tresen steht und sieht das Gäste sein Lokal betreten, ein wenig freundlicher schauen und die Gäste begrüßen. Man bekam hier das Gefühl vermittelt..... OWEI DA KOMMT JA ARBEIT AUF UNS ZU Ja wir waren eine Gruppe von ca 15 Personen. Das macht Arbeit. Aber wir waren angemeldet und haben jeder gut getrunken und gegessen. Somit auch Umsatz für das Lokal gebracht. Hier sollte man vielleicht mal drüber nachdenken lieber Wirt. Aber nun weiter. Die Bedienung der Service ist wirklich sehr gut. Wir waren wie gesagt mit einer größeren Gruppe da. Getränke sowie das Essen wurden sehr gut und schnell. Serviert. Zum Essen möchte ich sagen. Hier habt ihr volle Punktzahl erreicht. Es war Mega lecker. Nicht nur meins. Alle Speisen waren perfekt, sehr lecker und sahen super aus. Ich komme gerne wieder. Auch das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist hier TOP MEGA ZUFRIEDENSTELLEND. Auf bald."

"Nach längerer Abstinenz war ich kürzlich wieder (und zum ersten Mal nach dem Pächterwechsel) im Fiddlers zu Gast und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Fiddlers wurde durch den neuen Pächter leicht gepimpt (Sound-Technik, Fernseher, Toiletten usw.), hat aber nichts von seinem urgemütlichen und herrlich irischen Charme verloren.Die Auswahl an ausgesuchten Bieren ist nach wie vor gut und die Damen im Service waren waren fründlich, fix und trotz Hochbetrieb sehr aufmerksam.Die Karaoke-Pary die um 21:00 Uhr auf der obenen Etage begann war wie früher zu besten Studentenzeiten echt gut, klasse moderiert und hat uns viel Freude bereitet.Einen Punkt abziehen muss ich beim Essen:Hier ist im Vergleich zur Küche des "alten Pächters" sowohl qualitativ als auch quantitativ noch Luft nach oben.Leider hat der neue Pächter auch die Möglichkeit zur Zahlung mit Karte nicht übernommen. Akzeptiert wird ausschließlich Barzahlung - Dies ist meiner Meinung nach ein Rückschritt und passt nicht in diese Zeit.Dennoch hatte ich alles in allem einen wunderbaren Abend im Fiddlers und kommen sicher bald wieder!Cheers!"

"Wir waren an einem Montag Abend vor ein paar Wochen zu zweit dort essen, weil mir eigentlich nach Nudeln war. Es waren ein paar Tische besetzt.Als wir durch die Tür kamen, fiel als erstes unangenehm auf, dass die Begrüßung darin bestand, dass die 5 oder 6 Angestellten, die auf den ersten Blick sichtbar waren, mehr oder weniger demonstrativ keine Notiz von uns nahmen, nach dem Motto: "Ojeh, Kunde droht mit Auftrag".Irgendwann hat sich einer erbarmt ( vielleicht wird dort erst ausgelost, wer sich kümmern muß ) und brachte eine Speisekarte & irgendwann auch ein Getränk...Die Karte war nicht besonders ansprechend, die Preise höher, als das Ambiente vermuten lässt und weil die Auswahl der Pasta-Gerichte mich nicht angesprochen hat, habe ich eine Pizza bestellt.Keiner vom Personal ( ich glaube, es waren 7 oder 8 ) hat auch nur im mindesten den Eindruck erweckt, in irgendeiner Weise Spaß an der Arbeit oder auch nur das geringste Interesse an den Gästen zu haben.Außer an dem einen Gast, der italienisch sprach, da war der Kellner viel & oft & lange & laut.Die Pizza kam und war ungenießbar. Sie war mit so viel "billigen" (z.B. Thunfisch-Flakes) belegt, dass sie außer am Rand überhaupt nicht aufgegangen war, d.h. Rand:okay, der Rest matschiges Etwas auf 3mm nicht aufgegangenem Teig - ekelig!Ich hab sie dann auch nicht gegessen, aber da niemand fragen kam, ob es schmecken würde, fiel das (erstaunlicherweise überhaupt) dem lustlosen Kellner erst auf, als ich die Rechnung verlangte.Vom Abräumen, wenn der Gast fertig ist, hält man anscheinend auch wenig.Postiv war, das man das Ekel-Gebilde dann nicht berechnet hat.Für uns ein "nicht noch einmal"."

"We walked away from the restaurant with bad experience on the restaurant. (I) We reserved a table of 10.However is not setup properly. We need to remind them several times to get things in place(ii) We ordered for 2 bottle of wine. Only 1 arrived but not opened. Reminded them then another bottle arrive still unopened. Are the customers expected to bring their wine opener?(iii) We asked to add more food and was told to wait for another hour. We just gave up.(iv) We ordered Samosa (Vege and Chicken) and the waitress took the order responded "I never said there is vegetarian Samosa here"(v) We asked to split the bill, the owner responded "This is suspicious!"Strongly discourage anyone come to dine at this restaurant even if you really looking for Indian food. Why spoil your dinner with bad customer service!"
