"I mean if you don’t visit this restaurant/cafe in Bonn like, then where would you go to. This is my second time Bonn and I made sure to visit this restaurant for dinner this time. My first time was for a late lunch and as...amazing as it was I decided to come back again and have a fabulous dinner. The restaurant is perfectly located located next Bonn main station, which makes it accessible easily for all visitors and it is exactly at the town hall tram station! I visit this amazing and fabulous restaurant and I could see the outdoor seating area with heater for the winter weather of which I am sure it will be just fabulous during the summer and spring season. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. They explained the menu fully to me and recommended great dishes. One thing that I really need to highlight, is the extreme cleanliness in this place. Each and every single is spotless including TOILETS. It was a full house when we visited yet still I could see all clients enjoying the time with not one single delay in food orders. Food and drinks wise: Try their spritz menu Campari Negroni and the pesto tagliatelle. I had a salmon salad and it was awesome. They offer you bread and bruschetta when you arrive with a garlic sauce and that’s yummmmmm!!! Lastly after a wonderful evening the chef surprised us with a platter of fruits (as I was on diet) buttttttt... he had brownie and tiramisu in it which I couldn’t resist and broke that diet AND IT WAS WORTH IT : dip in the tiramisu because it have an orange underneath it!!! Visit this place and enjoy it. Value to money is great too. Last but not least, we had the honor to meet the owners before we leave. Such a lovely great couple who are extremely dedicated to this place and to make their clients and staff happy at all times!!"

"last of one of three possible midday menus between 11.30 and 15 o'clock weekdays (for 8.50 espresso) enthralled: canninchenkeule in pernod kräuterjus with rosmarinkartöffelchen and toskana vegetables: a dense cann, really tender, outside crispy, large gurke, finely softened apparently only briefly thrown into the micro. they should have done it with the keule and the cartoons must have the last 10 minutes. perfect, discreet, but attentive service, although I sat as almost the only gast at almost zero degrees outside the temperature. here there are always only tasty, light and often Mediterranean food, versatile breakfast selection up to 14 o'clock, affordable, they can order individual portions extras as haptic to the vegan breakfast or cheese and ham on the franzoses. special recommendations are the extremely knowledgeable only very short or grilled fish dishes and also the salads are luxurious, colorful. have no 08/15 dressing from the bottle, but with real condimento di acelto balsamico and real creamtan oil are also oriental cooked dishes with sweet or lamb or huh. there are also, as already mentioned, very good thick rumpsteaks, huge burgers with thick hand-cut fries and good-bourgeois kitchen (small dishes and bauernschmaus.) good recommended for guests such as day tourists and lunches for businessmen in the city center."

"Delicious food, friendly staff, unfortunately a little canteen atmosphere, as it can quickly become very loud. We have selected various appetizers to try a lot. Already here we were thrilled! Great taste and everything fresh. On our main course we were happy and were not disappointed! Meat very tasty, delicate, juicy and well matched seasoned. Portions are not too big that even a dessert was in it. Reservation on a Saturday evening was not required. All in all, we were very satisfied and definitely come back. Or just test the delivery service... let's see."

"She stayed close and came here twice. beautiful atmosphere, great personal, amazing Italian cuisine we tried risotto, pizza, meat dishes, gnocchi and all were delicious. we also had a well-being old with us and he was happy and well looked around. very reasonable...prices also for pizza/pasta, for meat/meat dishes. my phone didn't let me evaluate the eating or worth points, but both good. it is not high-end, just w good traditional Italian in a beautiful cozy environment perfect!"

"Wenn man Knoblauch mag, ist man in Bonn beim Spanier genau richtig. Allerdings ist das Ambiente nicht das, was man normalerweise in einem Restaurant erwartet. Der hungrige Reisende findet vielmehr eine Art bestuhlten Supermercados vor. Rings an den Wänden befinden sich Regale mit Weinen, Spirituosen, spanischen Lebensmitteln und ein Counter, an dem die kalten Tapas zusammengestellt werden. In der Mitte des Raums befinden sich sehr schlichte Tische und Stühle, die man vielleicht auf dem Jakobsweg vermuten würde, nicht jedoch im ehemals Diplomatenverwöhnten Bonn. Eine Schanklizenz haben sie auch nicht, weshalb die verfügbaren Getränke eben in den Kühlschränken und Regalen an der Wand stehen. Man sucht sich aus, was man haben möchte, und jemand öffnet z. B. den Wein und bringt Gläser. Das ist alles Teil des Konzepts und überhaupt nicht schlimm, im Gegenteil, da alle an langen, zusammengestellten Tischen sitzen, kommt man sehr schnell auch mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch! Das Essen ist einfach wunderbar. Wir haben jeden Bissen genossen, ob es das Fladenbrot mit Aioli war, der gegrillte Fisch oder die vielen kleinen Tapas, die man so wählen kann. Alles frisch zubereitet und richtig lecker. Allerdings muss man erklärter Liebhaber von Knoblauch sein, sonst könnte man böse enttäuscht werden. Wir waren jedenfalls in einer Woche zweimal dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"I've been wanting to visit Bonn for many year's and as we were doing a tour of the citie's of the North Rhine /Westphalia this former capital of the Federal Republic of Germany was alway's a place to go. We had been to some nice...pub's and restaurant's and took in some of the landmark's and site's when we chanced on the lovely lively bar. Walking in and this modern bar was absolutely packed ,we ordered some beer's were we took a seat and soaked up the great vibe in here. The bar is nice,functional seating,nice decor and creative use of lighting help's make for a cosy bar and for the nice weather there is a large outside seating area. Our beer was fantastic ,served iced cold and sparkling ,we really enjoyed it and we took advantage of the free wi--fi to plan out our next pub to visit. This bar is certainly very popular and on our visit the bar was rammed with a youngish crowd. An easy bar to find ,jump the Ubahn down to UNIVERSITÄT/MARKT and walk over to FRANZISKANER STRAßE were you will find this bar. Opening hour's are; Monday to till till Great bar and well worth a visit."

"Wir kennen den Pächter bereits aus dem Karthäuser Hof und hatten auch dort schon sein Lokal zu unterschiedlichen Anlässen genutzt. Wir waren stets mit dem Gebotenen (Essen, Getränke, Service, Herzlichkeit, Flexibilität) sehr zufrieden.Das GaStru im Lindenhof hat die wesentlichen Tugenden beibehalten, dabei aber ihr Profil geschärft. Das Essen, ob von der Karte, die saisonal wechselnden Tagesempfehlungen (Maischolle) oder ein individuelles Buffet zu einem bestimmten Anlaß, ist immer sehr gut, reichlich und seinen Preis wert. Der Service, ob hinterm schönen Tresen, oder im Gastraum, ist rheinisch (Kölsch kommt, wenn Glas leer) und sehr herzlich, dabei immer professionell und freundlich. Der Gastraum ist sehr freundlich und hell, dabei angenehm modern und nicht durch Dekoration überladen. Die Tische sind eingedeckt. Die einzelnen Bereiche in diesem wohl ca. 150 Jahre alten Haus verhindern, dass der Geräuschpegel so laut ansteigt, dass man sich nicht mehr zu zweit unterhalten kann.Beim Betreten des Lokals wird man direkt wahrgenommen und begrüsst, auch wenn man noch nicht dort gewesen ist. Das Publikum ist ein Querschnitt durch Bonn, viele Anwohner Kessenichs, aber auch jüngere Leute, die in Bonn studieren oder bei einem der großen internationalen Arbeitgebern beschäftigt sind. Leider bot das Wetter uns bisher noch keine Gelegenheit, die Außengastronomie zu nutzen, was wir bei nächster Gelegenheit aber auch machen werden.Wir wünschen dem GaStru im Lindenhof, dass die Gäste das Lokal genauso schätzen, wie wir und dieser alten Bonner Institution die Ehre erweisen!"

"we stayed at this cafe/restaurant for lunch. the waiters were attentive and eating appeared as soon as possible. very tasty delicate lamme apron, a little overdue, but ok. a pide was also beautiful – crusted with juicy lambs inside. speak of meat – there was still a thin layer of fat that made it sound complete and tasteful. ayran was cold and pleasantly sharp – a really good thing for a hot sticky weather. the prices for this meat quality were ridiculously small. the ventilation was error-free. the tasty, strong black tee was free.: are swirling everywhere, so if they have an important meeting afterwards (our case: or not eat swirl in large quantities, or simply don't like it at all, they announce it in advance."

"first I was skeptical of the restaurants and what it had to offer and of what some people told me, and some old pictures I saw online. but I still wanted to try it for myself. but when we got our food, it was another story, the appetizers were very fresh and had a good presentation to them. the restaurant had a good selection at the appetizers, portion sizes, where exactly right for this type of restaurant. as I come from this region, last year I had quite a lot of Arabic food in bonn, but this restaurant is them in the quality and fresh of what we had. our main courses were also good, but I prefer the appetizers that were offered. I think we were full of it alone. next week we will definitely return and try other items. the staff was good and friendly and had good knowledge of eating. but if they are planning to go at the weekend, make sure to make a booking as they are quite full of the time we leave early in the evening. the location was right at the river, so we sat outside the river that was pleasant while we enjoy our meal."

"Tired of Christmas Market food, we looked for a place that was unique and away from the crowds in the main city. Cowboy Burger Saloon was exactly what we wanted! A short 5 min walk from our hotel and the Bonn Theatre, it’s easy to find, off Römerstraße. Indoor and outdoor seats are available, with a section perfect for a party. The staff are professional, personable and easy to talk with. Find a seat, check out the menu, and order at the counter. We had the special Canadian burger with sweet potato fries and the Cowboy Sauce a light, slightly spicy, cream sauce. Delicious!! Burgers are handmade patties cooked to perfection, and fries were freshly made. Everything was clean (including restrooms! and the Western Cowboy decor is tasteful wagon wheel lights were a favorite. A place for locals and visitors!"

"I often order and like here. Today it was unfortunately much worse than usual! the sushireis was much too overcooked and also the sushi rolls rather small (a lot of rice, little fish). Moreover, unlike otherwise neither soy sauce nor washabi were delivered and the packaging of the sushi’s was much too big, so that they were thoroughly shaken during delivery (especially at the nigiris annoying!) I hope next time it is better again, everyone has a “bad” day!"

"My parents and I were in the beerhouse outside two days too much later. We wanted to return to several houses before (at 21:00 to drink something and were unfortunately not served there or went on fighters. After a longer search we returned to the brewhouse and were served by two incredibly friendly waiters. We had a very good waiter like Mehmet. This alone is a reason to visit this house again. Not intrusive, but attentive. Exceptional friendly and accommodating. Clear question! Next time we go to dinner."

"Das Restaurant liegt etwas abseits, aber das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Wir hatten die leckeren Burger (nur Freitag und Samstags), sowie einen tollen Salat. Das Essen schmeckt leicht und gesund, die Portionen waren nicht so riesig, aber für uns völlig ausreichend. Die Tee-Cocktails (wir hatten den Groupon-Coupon) waren sehr lecker, ebenso die Muffins. Wir waren vor einiger Zeit auch mal zum Frühstück hier und es war auch sehr gut.Einziges Manko: Der Laden war recht voll und der Service hätte wirklich etwas schneller sein können."
