"We decided to give Radhuny another chance on New Year's Eve, after avoiding it since March due to disappointing service. Unfortunately, our experience was still poor. We were seated under the air conditioner and when we mentioned it was cold, nothing was done. We were not offered to move. The wine was brought to our table without asking if we wanted to try it, and it was already opened and had a glass consumed from it. We had to flag down another waiter when the first one disappeared without a word. The Prawn puree starter was served cold and we had to ask for it to be reheated. The main dishes came out but we had no cutlery to eat with, and had to borrow from the table next to us. We had to wave our arms to signal another waitress for cutlery, with no apology given. When we asked for a glass of the wine we had been drinking, we were told we could only have the house wine. We suggested paying for a glass from the opened bottle, but were informed it was only for the manager. There was no attempt to make amends for the poor service, and a service charge was added which we had removed. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Radhuny despite the great food, as the service was the worst we have experienced. We hope management will make improvements for future guests."

"The food at this restaurant is delicious and the portions of Sunday roast are huge, all at reasonable prices. The front parking was a bit cramped, but there are some easily accessible spaces in the additional parking area. There is a large children's play area that kept the kids entertained while waiting for their meal. The service was also excellent. The only downside is that the venue itself feels a bit worn and run down, especially the bar area. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5."

"Today I visited Esquires in Dartford where I ordered a cooked breakfast and a hot drink, I asked for certain items to be cooked in a certain way. The venue was fairly busy as it was inclement weather and market day. After I ordered the polite staff members on duty requested me to take a seat and they would bring my order to me. I didn't have to wait long and my order was delivered to my table just as I had ordered and was hot, tasty and presentable. I found the price competitive if not slightly cheaper than other local cafe's/deli's. After I had finished the crockery and cutlery was removed and I was asked if I required a further drink as I was working on my laptop. A further drink was brought to me. I found the staff extremely professional and the food 10/10 This is about the 6/7th time I have visited and always found it a welcoming, clean and warm place to eat and catch up on my laptop. I will definitely visit again"

"I booked here as we drove at brands hatch and it also happened my son 21st birthday. I looked online and saw good reviews, so I thought I would give it a whirl. only 10 minutes away from the renn route. It...was a small but friendly place the portions are large and the eating is proper pub grub / homemade kitchen. the staff was very courteous and very friendly and especially ruby and ella. They ensured that everything was perfect and we wanted nothing. also very favorable. thanks for a nice evening!"

"Upon reading your response, I must say that you are one of the most ignorant individuals I've ever encountered. Your suggestion to utilize a food bank was deeply insulting to those who rely on such services. Additionally, the remark about us licking our plates is absurd; your chicken and seafood paella was the worst I've ever tasted. The chicken consisted mainly of large bones with just one overcooked wing on top, and many of the mussels were empty shells. I’m including a photo to illustrate just how terrible the meal was. As for your comment suggesting we should ask for free food, I would rather go hungry than eat your dreadful cuisine. Your response reflects poorly on you and will undoubtedly help potential diners understand the type of person you truly are. We never hinted that we wanted our meal for free—our intention was to provide constructive criticism for your chef, yet you threw a tantrum and verbally attacked us. This behavior is absolutely shameful and appalling for an adult. By the way, one member of our group speaks fluent Spanish, so we understood everything you said. "The restaurant offers excellent service, a pleasant atmosphere, and delicious food. However, if you have allergies, it's advisable to confirm options with them before making a reservation, as the menu is quite limited. For those with dietary restrictions, it's worth noting that there aren’t even any vegan dessert options available, which can be challenging for children with egg and cow's milk allergies. On a positive note, the staff was very kind and accommodating to our daughter. We dined in and had a great experience overall."

"I have a life threatening nut allergy, I asked for a dish and confirmed with the man serving/preparing that it would not contain any nuts as none of what I had ordered had nuts in it. I ate my chicken some salad when I moved onto other parts of my salad I found a walnut in my food (luckily I didn’t put it into my mouth with other food) it was pot luck I found it, I explained this to the man who said sorry but there was no nuts in this food I don’t know why it’s there. Quite clearly he was unaware of how to prevent food contamination. I explained that it was my life he had put at risk and should be more aware so that this doesn’t happen again to someone else, and if I’m honest he didn’t seem to care. So I will not be taking the risk of eating there again!"

"I reviewed this place a few years ago and wanted to see if there was a difference. I visited the other day to see if anything has changed or if they had made improvements and boy was I naive to think that. Went in wanting a prawn baguette to my surprise they now don't do a just prawn baguette but a seafood mix (why change this, when prawns by them selves were really popular) and on top of that they had run out. Bear in mind this was at around 11am so not even lunch time really and they have already no seafood mix. So I went for the pulled bbq chicken and oh yes you guessed it they had no pulled chicken in the end I didn't get anything as I thought it was ridiculous but my partner did, some sort of pork loin which was dry and just not good when it come down to spending a fiver for crap. So I won't be going back any time soon. But bear in mind this is just the sandwich section Im reviewing I have not brought food from the other section. Need to find a better butchers/bakery now."

"Excellent food and service! Ordered catering from Royal Tandoori for a family party. Customer service from Abdul Rahman and rest of the team was top notch Food was delivered on time and hot on the day. Portions were very generous and being Bangladeshi, I can definitely vouch for their food being authentic. Everything tasted great and we had a lot of people asking about the catering. Thanks to the wonderful team, will definitely be using again"

"We 've had food from here quite a lot over the last few years and there 's never been a problem; was really pleased to see them reopen after a brief shutdown. However, just a word of caution I rung at 9.02pm the other Sunday to order food for collection (thought it would save time as we 're about 40 mins away for delivery and they close at 10) and was bluntly told that the kitchen 's closed. We 've been very busy today and sold out of everything so we 've stopped serving and can 't help you ....so if you 're ordering on a Sunday you might want to get in early so that you don 't miss out! The food has always been delicious here so please give them a try, but don 't leave it until 'last orders '!!"

"We booked a table before attending a show at The Orchard. We had the table booked for 5.30 and decided to arrive a little early so as not to be rushed. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and when it did open they couldn’t take an order as the waiting staff were a little late. We convinced the owner to at least serve us a bottle of wine whilst we waited. The food was good, without being outstanding. My starter of deep fried goats cheese seemed a little over cooked and my salmon tagliatelle was ok. My wife felt her chicken dish was an average as well. The waiting staff were pleasant and did a good job n catching up and getting everyone served on time before the show."

"Mike, our waiter, was fantastic with our daughter, who was obsessed with him. All the staff were attentive and kind. The manager made sure everything was perfect with our meal. It would have been helpful if they had a baby changing station. The restaurant was very busy with families and young children. Overall, it was a wonderful first Mexican dining experience for our little one. Thank you!"

"Fantastic food and service. I went quite early on a Thursday evening so I was the only person there. The Masala Dosa was delicious and satisfied my craving for South Indian food. I'll definitely be going back to show my family and friends what they are missing and food they haven't tried yet especially the Vada, dosas and Kulfi. The service was fantastic they were so attentive and kind. They have a pictures showing the foods and their names which is helpful, you can tell all the pictures have been taken there. Definitely try if you've never had South Indian food before!! "We were needing a table at short noticed a lady called Lilly was really amazing we had our two children and she was able to accommodate us quickly. The service given was excellent and the food was hot and they were able to bring the children's food out first. So I was able to actually eat a hot dinner for once we will return and dine again soon. The price of the meals was reasonable and my husband enjoyed the beer ."

"Had a wonderful meal with my husband, enjoying all three courses which were comfortably timed between. All dishes ordered were delicious, and drinks were made quickly. Special thanks to our server Dominic who was very attentive and friendly, to the extent of challenging bar staff/ management for having a policy of not making classic cocktails either off menu or allowing substitution of ingredients if a brand of liquor/ flavouring isn’t available. Hope there’ll be some flexibility in the mixology in future as several drinks on the menu were unavailable, but we’ll definitely be back again"

"The setting and waitresses were very nice and friendly and covid restrictions were respected. The menu was very large, and there was a separate vegan menu, with 4 main dishes and 3 puddings. Unfortunately the only vegan starter is olives and they are unable to provide chips or fries as they’re cooked in the same place as non-vegan things (yet are somehow vegetarian). The mains were delicious, but very small! Particularly the roasted cauliflower wedge which was 1/3rd of a cauliflower on about a tablespoon of hummus with some salad leaves. I can’t fault the taste, but after just that and no starter I was still very hungry. The desserts were much bigger and very nice. They had a chocolate billionaires bar and a polenta cake on the vegan menu, but there was also crumble with custard on the main menu. Updated from previous review on 2021-06-04"

"Really disappointed by the food. I ordered a fish finger sandwich on granary bread (I asked specifically for granary bread as my friends BLT was on granary and looked nice (also her BLT was missing the bacon). The fish finger sandwich was also with rocket (per menu). What I received was a small piece of battered greasy fish (skin on) on cheap, thin brown bread with lettuce. The fish had 2 bones in it and in parts was just batter and skin. An absolute waste of money and disappointed I didn't just return for my money back, but I was too hungry. The skin on chips were the nicest thing and the only reason for 2 stars and not 1. A nice pub but don't go for the food."
