"With daughter and son-in-law, we were arranged at Cafe Bar Celona in the early afternoon (a hint of the word play towards Catalan capital in the title of this gastro company. This place has been on the Saar for about six months; he is one of 14 companies in Germany and one in Holland (Enschede). The mother moved from Emsdetten to Oldenburg, the first Cafe Bar Celona opened in 2000 in Hanover and in 2007 the daughter concept Finca Bar Celona started in Nuremberg. In total, the GmbH employs 1,500 employees and generated sales of 51.0 million in 2013. The homepage of the Saarbrücker company is not very informative; the opening hours and some pictures can be seen, but not the menu or drinking card. Slogan tapas and friends (if you understand among friends, flame cake, pasta, carvings, burgers and sweets is to take care of Spanish flair; Personally I did not say much or better, as well as nothing and the offered tapas are of rather moderate quality. But later. Ambience: large and bright over two floors, view of the Saar, children's playground in one corner, also outdoor gastronomy. Instead of something for younger semesters, the institution reminds me of Ikea or a deli. With effort we found a table for us; the store was sturdy and broke right. Also the noise level (if the playful children contribute very little; Entertainment in a reasonable volume was hardly possible in our area, and with the service personnel we had to scream. Spain is largely experienced by musical sonication, which must fight hard against the competition noises, and not just by recording our ear. My main square will not be here; for the ambience I forgive two and a half stars (if we sat outside in the summer, it would have become three. As already mentioned, the cottage was full of breaks, because it can simply not be clinically pure and not immediately reheated. The menu I got into my hands, however, was quite grounded, otherwise it was clean according to the conditions. Three stars. Service: No one is here to visit a hotel school from the staff and here is a trained cook. All talented powers: good, friendly and quite flotted. The fact that part of our food order is entered into the order smartphone (or how this thing is called and then is somehow grounded can happen, but cannot happen. After a delay, we enslaved and finally got the order back at some point; after a skillful deadline only the drinks and the cakes came! For service only three stars. Food: We ordered tortilla vegetable pan (EUR 7,95 , Patatas fritas (EUR 3,45 , Gambas aglio e olio (EUR 9,45 , Albondigas (EUR 4,65 , apple cake (EUR 4,50 and cup Cake Nutella caramel (EUR 3,50). It is not enough that dishes bear Spanish names and are served in the brown bowls of tapasbars; there are no tapas yet! Only the Albondigas (hack meatballs in tomatized sauces could go through as proper tapas; the Gambas had seen neither Aglio nor Olio, instead float in an undefined broth, were absolutely untouched and tasty fade (although bad TK Merchandise . The vegetable pan (convenience has tasted according to our daughter and also the pommes that had Belgian format. Two dives were recorded, the third one was charged with EUR 0.70. What should have been on the rustic Celanobrot rustic, the gods know. In my opinion, the apple cake was about a week old and the cup Cake heated TK goods. The flame cake, pasta, carvings and burgers etc. we have not tried; Maybe these dishes are fine. At the tapas friend or the tapas friend, I can only recommend moving around the tapas offered here far-reaching, rather elsewhere in our capital to order and consume them with pleasure. For the area of food I am still well averaged two stars; Self-cooked is nothing here, Convenience Products and TK goods are not expensive. price-performance ratio: as everywhere in system gasonomy; I do not forgive stars in this case. But I'm not coming back. If the Saarland (as much as I have learned as New Saarland or Saarland with migration background to ask if it tastes, then he says if it doesn't taste: it was stop emol ebbes anneres! For me, this Emol Ebbes was quite annoying. Conclusion: Criticism in Celona : What does happiness mean? A good conversation, a full glass, eyes that shine! Well, we had no luck here today: a good conversation was as good as impossible because of the very high general noise level, the glass was more often empty and our eyes were not illuminated because of the long waiting time for our food! This is the difference between theory and practice."

"not because I no longer like the tom yam sea food, also not because the price for it has been raised to the current eur 10.50 for the second time from eur 8,50 at the beginning of the year over eur 9,20, which is still absolutely worth this suppe; no, I just wanted something different and this time just a main dish. what I do not understand is that all the other prices, both for the food and for the drinks, have not been raised since last year. Why then the double raise only for this one court? I should have asked, but I forgot. after the appointment at the physiotherapeuten the nephew represented to me the sick chief, but after leaving out of the sick house already on the way of improving I wanted to do something good to my wounded body; I'm also going to eat with a friend tomorrow. therefore I walked on culinary solo trails in the middle of the day. saigon, siam, or after a long burger break again in the burgerei ? won after a short reflection the siam . there I usually eat the tom yam sea food ; which today saw what the Thai ladies who had my order already admired a little bit today really no tom yam sea food? . for I wanted to take something to me that I have never eaten here, despite more frequent visits; at least I think that's the way. the drunk chang beer from me, from an estimated gg colleague from bad herrenalb, was unfortunately out, instead a singha had to hold 0.33l eur 3,50. what I didn't know is that this lion beer at least I suspect that on the label and also the glass decorating animal is a stylized lion in license here is brewed with us, in the Bavarian au hallertauer castle brewery. I have eaten ma mi ruam speak fried noodles with vegetables, icing, garnel, tinted fish and chicken meat; a whole harmonious and very tasty eur 14,00, which I would order again at any time. I was then pleasantly saturated, asked for the bill and after the money was passed as always very friendly by the ladies; some local service power could cut off a thick disc of: . conclusion: once more I was very satisfied with the siam visit"

"we were a group of four people who arrived on an admittedly busy Saturday night who visited the Christmas market in the old town area of Saarbruecken. we all ordered starters and three arrived. my fiancé has not arrived, so I decided to do the...good thing, and wait until they arrive before I started eating my as it was a cold starter, so would wait without temperature loss. after a long waiting period, until the other two finished their ancestors, several MAIN courses came, including mine, who had to sit and get cold, while I ate my appetizer with my engaged, whose beginning arrived at that time. a main course did not arrive and had to be followed twice. the waiters did not seem to rethink, even what it was! When we arrived at the end of the main courses, three came from the side, including those who go with the starter of my friend! at this point we ended the main courses, so we sent an salat back! we said that we were not happy, and finally came a very polite lady who seemed to be in a supervisory function to apologize and said that if the bill came, she would sort out. she also brought four coffees to the house, it was found that other customers complain and that the staff is very judicious. we were not offered desserts, as most employees seemed to have gone home rather suddenly, and when the bill finally arrived, the dame managerin also disappeared. we asked the waiter what he was prepared for, and he made a small tokengeste at the price. We explained that the meal was a complete catastrophe, and that we were not happy. his first reaction was easy to say that if we didn't pay, he would call the police. this has been repeated several times. he also told us that we never go back to this restaurant! frankly, I understand that it was an animated night, and the things can go wrong, but immediately threaten customers with a perfectly valid complaining, courtesy with the police, and asking them not to come again is simply not acceptable. we all left the restaurant, have paid by spicked teeth, very wounded and shocked. that is not how to do with a customer with a legitimate point, and I hope that the lady managerin expressed her dissatisfaction to her personal the next morning! it's as bad as eating was wonderful! Unfortunately, I will not try it again if I am treated like this! for the record was our visit on Saturday, 07.12"

"I was already in the gusto in saarbrücker toto house and very satisfied. for some time in the heart of the city there is the “Gusto on the market”, the market of st. johann. Today we came to five. originally designed only as an appendix to the gusto on the saarufer, the small restaurant – as I learned from the owner – is now the main house and restaurant on the saarufer closed. ambiente the “Gusto” is located at the corner of the fröschengasse saarstrasse only approx. 30m from the St. johanner market. the modern stylish furnishings, a mix of American steak house and Spanish tapasbar, inspired a warm Mediterranean atmosphere. if they are located directly in the entrance area of the restaurant, they can observe the passing “old city visitors” and the journey in the alleys through floor-to-ceiling windows. the place is friendly and easily flown, more comfortable and cozy in the back part of the “Gusto” you reach through a hose-like passage. 4 star service we were operated by a male service: friendly, attentive and competent. Of course, I have asked all kinds of questions about eating, especially the steak, the “case sign” of the small restaurants. we found that the head of the house appeared several times on the table, vaccinated and proudly gave information about the origin and preparation of the dishes. here they take time for the gas; I like it. the food and drink were very fast, in between it was always asked if everything was correct and whether we had any desire. I want to check the service with 5 stars. besides a rich selection of tapas and antipasti, salates, salmon gambas, the Steak house offers exquisite meat rarities, one is particularly proud of the “Dry aged Beef”; this us black angus steak has to mature for at least 4 weeks in a special refrigerator “dry” and thus gets its distinctive extraordinary taste. but also the other steaks of black angus are not to be despised and so much in advance are looking for their same in saar bridges and environment. my choice was a us black angus steak (vacuum ripened) 300gr for 28,80 € with bbq dipp and bratkartoffeln as well as a small salat of 3,40 € my four companions had tomaten chili suppe at 4,80 € us black angus steak 300gr for 28,80 € with homemade kräuterbutter and bratkartoffeln gusto burger with poes all ingredients were of 1a quality, well selected and absolutely fresh. the preparation of the food can be called perfect for craftsmanship. my well changed (wet aged) steak was an approx. 5 6cm thick spruce of meat, a true palate of man, very finely massaged and wonderfully aromatic, usually prepared, sharply roasted on both sides on the lavagrill perfect and exact spot medium, it was extremely slim, wonderfully juicy and very delicate in the bite. There is nothing to stand out. the homemade bbq dipp, not too fiery and not too lazy, the bratkartoffeln, well selected small kartoffels, cut in columns and crispy pink with the bowl. the garnish salate, mixed with zucchini slices, which were fried in olive oil, olive, radishes, tomato, various leaf salads, crispy fresh and with fresh crusts on the top, was refined with a delicious petersilie dressing. Conclusion: 100% recommended. not quite cheap, but every cent worth. for steak friends in saar bridges, but also a long way worth it"
