Das Schnitzel wurde mit Spaghetti serviert, die in Öl schwammen. Das Essen schmeckte nach Fertigprodukten und war nicht besonders schmackhaft. Würde nicht nochmal dorthin gehen."

"I have been this place several times all through these years. It has always been a decent place to have steaks. The price is actually not that expensive (as indicated with three dollar signs). Paying some extra, you can have a salad buffet from the salad bar, which I think it's a good deal. The steaks are decent, although there are other options in the town (and you pay more). The location is really convenient, as you won't miss it if you ever visit the Rathaus or Johanneskirche."

"Wir waren nun zweimal dort und sind weit entfernt von zufrieden. Das Gefühl beim Personal unwillkommene Arbeit zu sein war bei jedem Kontakt spürbar. Kein Lächeln, kein "War alles in Ordnung?", kein "Darf es noch etwas sein?". Viellecht ist auch den Angestellten die Musik zu laut für eine kleine Unterhaltung. Eine Unterhaltung, die für mich zu einem guten Essen in einem guten Restaurant gehört, war bei der Musiklautstärke nicht ohne nah zusammen zu rutschen schon bei nur 2 Persnen nicht möglich. Den Nachtisch haben wir dann Dank mangelndem Service und mangelnder Möglichkeit sich zu unterhalten in eine andere Location verlagert. Selbst bis die Rechnung kam vergingen 10 Minuten. Von Qualität kann man bei den Preisen nicht unbedingt sprechen. "Frische Pilze" aus der Dose? Kartoffelspalten die wie Pappe schmecken? Vor allem für den Preis schon fast eine Unverschämtheit. Das einzig gute wahren die Süßkartoffelpommes. Trotz schönem Ambiente der Räumlichkeiten aufgrund des Services und des Gesamtbildes nicht zu empfehlen."

"We have commissioned a large order in advance as Kita. My colleague went through the order twice with the lady on the phone. When delivery was too late, a pizza was missing and a “four seasons” family pizza was delivered too much. We hadn't ordered them, even the cover of this pizza is usually not eaten by kindergarten children. And she was burned-- whoever has children knows the burnt out... After my colleague called the Pizzeria, the lady insisted on the phone that the order was commissioned by us and we have to pay it in any case. And this as kita when ordering over 200 euros!!! The mistake is with us and not with her. Shame for this poor number!!! So caution service does not exist and maybe you should pay things you did not order!"

"The Simbas, after a short holiday from Bad Dürkheim, were greeted by Cat Luna Peppina just too overwhelmingly, while her brother Paul lay on the dryer for almost one and a half days at the Schmollwinkel (filled laundry basket in the guest toilet. Since we had completely emptied the refrigerator before our absence to the freezer area, something had to be eaten. We did not want to thaw anything too long, drive around in the area to any guest roses and so after a long time we took advantage of the proven delivery service of our Dudweiler Italian. My wife wanted a lasagna (EUR 10,00 , while I was looking for the Carbonara in the original Italian version (EUR 9.00 , speak without cream. She was sadly unhappy when I had eaten her at the Italia in the spring. Around 6:00, I reached the phone and ordered; as always, the Ausser House Delivery Department has a lot to do on weekends, three or even four drivers are in continuous use. As the lady told me at the other end of the line after my order, we would have to expect between 50 and 60 minutes until the driver arrives. Ich zeigte dies dem Kellner, daß ich daß doch genau nicht wollte u. ihm auch genau gesagt habe. Der guckte nur hilflos in die Gegend. Ein anderer Kellner verfolgte dies von einem Nachbartisch und rief laut herüber, ohne auch nur vom Tisch eindecken abzulassen, u. so, daß es alle drumherum hörten: Du beschwerst dich immer über das Fleisch, warum kommst Du überhaupt hierher? Ich will Dich hier nicht mehr sehen und dann wiederholte er alles noch mal wortstark. Ich sagte ihm, dass wir nicht per Du seien, er antwortete, dass sei egal und haute ab. Unseren Kellner fragte ich, wer das sei, es der der Chef? Er zuckte mit den Achseln u. hatte auch nichts weiter zu sagen. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt u. ich gehe viel essen.Fazit: Du mußt dort also aufpassen, enn Du Dein Steak beurteilst, daß Du nicht beschimpft wirst, u. Dir das Essen nicht im Halse steckenbleibt.Ohne Worte"

"The waiters and the food are literally hit or miss. Given the fact that the first time we went the Schnitzel which you should try on a good day was amazing and the rest of the food as well. And on another location the same dish was tough and not pleasant at all. Same for the waiters. One waitress is genuinly the nicest person I have probably ever met, while the others struggle to do their job or appear happy while doing it. So yeah hit and miss. However there is almost no better place to get lunch and sitting in the sun while you are stralling around the Nauwieser Viertel. Drink a beer or a coffee and enjoy the sun and everything will be ok :-)"
