"The food was great (had a very lovely afternoon tea) but unfortunately the service was poor; although polite when speaking to us the service staff pretty much ignored us once we had ordered our food. My friend and I wanted to order another hot drink but had to wait 45 minutes for someone to take our order (despite attempting to get someone’s attention several times) and then again when wanting to get the bill it took standing up and putting our coats on after another long time waiting (and asking several people) to actually get the bill. I want to blame it on how busy the restaurant was however we saw several tables around us come and go in the time we were there."

"I had my lunch which was Indonesian Satay with beef and Oolong tea. The food was excellent, exactly original Indonesian taste brought in a big portion together with a bowl of steam rice and a very fresh and tasty salad. Prices rather small according to the quality and quantityof food and great service 10+for the Chef. The server , Julia was extremely kind, helpful, professional, smiling all the time. 10+ Inside is a nice music , not very loud, but exactly how it should be in a small cozy Asian food place. Very peaceful and relaxing. However, it was the first time when I came to eat in this place. I walked inside, but I walked outside immediately to check the Korean pub on the opposite side of the road. Why? Because Pan Pan it doesn't look so great decorated from outside and I didn't trust it so much. I ve lived in Thailand and traveled in whole indochina for 20 years. I wanted an authentic taste of Asian food. So, I came back 3 min later because the other Korean pub was closed, so I didn't have a choice. And I didn't regret any second ! I felt absolutely great in Pan Pan! I recommend from whole my heart I ll come back at Pan Pan for sure. Pan Pan is not only a fake advertising, but for sure The real taste of Asian Far East . "Clementina was a great host! She said it's great pizza and it was some of the best I've had. Kid had a mocktail (woodland fizz) and enjoyed it alot. They made a lovely fuzz over our son. He ordered a speciality pizza and it came out shaped as a fish which we loved as it reminded us of our very first holiday many years ago. What a special place except for the boys bathroom which had a broken lock lol. Tip was compulsory which we arnt used to but we would've left 10%. Prices were reasonable for the location of the restaurant. Overall four stars and a lovely family night."

"I ordered takeaway here for the 1st time was “stupidly” unaware of what the various sauces were called. The man serving was not helpful arrogantly questioned what language I was speaking as I didn’t know the correct sauce names (I am English btw! . I said my partner was French but I was clearly English and speaking it so didn’t understand why he asked that! As we waited for the food outside, he thought I was out of earshot and shouted “learn to speak English”. I went back to challenge him on this disgusting comment and he seemed surprised I had heard and then tried to blag he was making a joke! He was NOT! Just because I’m not upto speed on the official names of his precious sauces, it does not make it acceptable to be so rudely insulted or at least make sure they definitely can’t hear you! Safe to say we won’t be going back. Oh and the food was ****!"

"we reserved a table at 19.30 order are drinks, then order are meal times that we disgusted, how long we had to wait, are waiting for 45 minutes. we waited and the people came while we waited and came to eat quickly. we shouldn't have been sitting there. I don't recommend anyone unless they like a long waiting period. it says about this feedback what we should do to improve and my answer is close to getting a new cook."

"Eaten here a few times and it just seems to even better. Seen a review saying this could be the best Middle Eastern restaurant in South Manchester and I wouldn’t disagree. The food is exemplary, staff are nice and depending when you go it varies from chilled quieter in the week to busy at weekends. It’s BYO drinks so if you’ve arrived not realising you can nip round the corner to Sainsbury’s local which is a few metres away. Food pics may not do it justice but it’s a classic meze choice of starters from humous dips, breads, baba ghanoush etc, mains are a great selection and desserts are classic Middle Eastern home cooked, the baklava is highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from fully vegan to traditional vegetarian dishes. It’s a great choice for mixed groups. Parking: The paid parking at Village Square and Meadway are both less than a 100m away with loads of spaces and app parking (Ringo app) or coins, and only about 30p an hour. Don’t risk parking in unpaid spots or businesses as it upsets locals and you risk a fine as PCN are highly active with bramhall being a relatively compact village centre. Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly place albeit kids obviously need to like Middle Eastern food or be open minded. That said chicken skewers and rice is universally popular."

"There was no atmosphere and it was cold. The staff were pleasant but seemed to be inexperienced. Only one toilet which was occupied for at least 10 mins by a member of staff. We had to leave without using the bathroom. The other staff members were aware of this. One of the staff had his coat on. The food was very good."

"Booked for three people for a family meal. Two other tables already served, so our order was taken promptly and first of the 'not available ' messages. No draft beer. Ordered starters and main courses and waited the customary times then waiter came to announce that selected starter of calamari was not available. After starter but before main courses were served waiter announced 'cash only ' as card machine was not working, which meant one of our party had to go to the cash machine. One main course chosen was subsequently announced as not available. Offered the dessert menu but waiter told us only one item was available or ice cream, but only vanilla. Asked for coffee and told it was not available. Would have been very simple to point out 'cash only ' before ordering, and to present menu with a mention of what was not available. More like hard work than enjoyable."
