"The restaurant is lovely, light and airy with plenty to look at. The food is excellent. I had the watermelon and feta salad my husband the broccoli soup. Both were excellent. For seconds I had the pork belly my husband fish and chips. We thought a whale had landed the piece of fish was that large. Again beautifully cooked. Desert was delicious, chocolate brownie, strawberry cheese cake and salted caramel cake. Yum. Only complaint is the menu on the website is totally different to the menu we were given. Hence why my husband ended up with posh fish and chips. However, this didn't really detract from a very nice meal."

These were very tasty little sweeties! Tried lemon raspberry, chocolate, salted caramel, peanut butter-- all fab and just one quickie bite.

I took my parents out for Sunday lunch and was very impressed. I ordered the beef, which was cooked to perfection. The staff made us all feel welcome and the atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful.

Had the Seafood platter for two. Good quality ingredients prawns smoked salmon roll mops and smoked mackerel. But for the price I think they could have maybe added some crab mussels etc. Not a lot for the money. Don't think I would go back. Sorry. View menu

Had a lovely lunch with a view of the vineyard. The host and service were outstanding. Despite the dreary weather, the restaurant was cozy and inviting. The freshly cooked food was delicious, and the dessert was superb. Highly recommended. The wines from the vineyard were also fantastic.

I was a bit disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. The weekend menu was limited and I found the special I ordered to be bland. To make matters worse, I discovered a wasp in my food, nestled amongst the salad. Although the owner was apologetic, I couldn't help but feel that the kitchen staff should have reviewed my meal before serving it. Additionally, I was offered a free drink but was still expected to pay for my meal, so I declined the drink and subtracted the cost from my bill. Despite the beautiful surroundings, this experience has left me in no rush to return.

"We came here on a last minute hunt to find a Sunday roast with family without much expectations. However when entering its a lovely set up and we were greeted by Lee and Alison who looked after us for the meal who just to begin were absolutely brilliant, they really care about the customers and make this place extra special. Now for the food you can get a 2 or 3 course meal so everybody made various selections but all had starters. Most went for the Aarancina which isn't your usual starter with a Sunday roast but for here it packs alot of flavour and is a great way to start the meal. They have a great selection of alcoholic beverages I went for a simple beer. For the main roasts we had a variety of meats I wanted the pork but sadly they had no crackling which was half the reason for ordering but if I am being honest after eating the meal it wasn't missed out the meat was tasty full of flavour but the sides were the key. The roast potatoes were of a top level usually when you eat out they are never as good as eating at home, the Yorkshire were huge and tasty, gravy brilliant with plenty to go around and lots of veg and cauliflower cheese on the side. Honestly this was excellent a really good roast probably the best I have ever ate in a resteraunt. Some of the others had the lamb shank which was huge and had great feedback but the beef was great and so was everything else. So yes check it out eat in and eat some great food in a nice setting with absolutely brilliant service you won't be disappointed."
