"Had the BEST experience at this restaurant, went with my sister, ordered one of the hot dogs, my sister ordered the ribs. We were sat down by a young girl who asked for our drink order, we ordered and waiting a little for them, then our server came over, his name was kieran, we told him we were still waiting on our drinks he came over straight away. Had a lovely chat with him, he asked for our order, the food came quick, he asked if we needed a tip up on our drinks, checked our meal was okay and it was lovely. He was SO attentive, smiley and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Could not recommend this service more due to this young man. He had us laughing the whole time, couldn’t of done more, he was like this with every table he served :"

"we squeezed in, even though we're booked out. sarah was excellent when providing a first-class customer service. she gave us a warm welcome and even spared us 5 minutes to ask us for our day. it was always attentive, offers us more drinks, check if we are comfortable and recommend dishes from the menu. It is amazing to see a “Hands-on” manager that is on the floor, with the rest of the team that is looking for guests. eating was hot, tasty and served quickly. would definitely recommend it and visit again soon."

We had the meatballs and the chicken wings that were all lovely. the best was by far, customer service. jess has been there for about 3 years and I am surprised that she has not yet been promoted at managerial level, as she has her patient, work ethics and general customer service. even though she was ejected from a budding drunken man out of the whole room, she still answered them politely and with a smile. great evening! jess:"

"Visited on a sunny afternoon. We were seated outside, which was busy when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes to order drinks and then almost the same again till we got them. We ordered our food. This came out within half an hour, which was fine. We had a knife on the plate, but sat for 10 minutes before we could attract a waiters attention to ask for a fork. We received our forks, but ended up going inside to ask for serviettes and sauces. The food was nice, but whilst we were waiting two other tables had arrived then walked out. After we had finished we asked for the bill. We mentioned a voucher we had been emailed for 33% off. We tried to access our F&B app, without success. The waiter then said they block the app on Saturday effectively stopping you accessing your offers. He did honour our discount which is the least they could do for the slow service. My friend even found the restaurant’s add for a general manager and contemplated applying for it! We both work in the hospitality trade and considered the service bad. We were surprised as we left via the main restaurant to discover it was empty. We had expected it to be full as we had to wait so long."

"On arrival we informed the hostess that we had an offer that was a meal and a drink for £5.99 , she told us it was only for a meal but we told her the offer included a drink and showed her the offer , she again said it was only for the meal but would ask her manager , she came back and told us that the manager had said the same that it was only for a meal , I showed the manager the voucher and she said she would go and check the terms and conditions , she came back and told us we were actually right , we had an email with the headlines “ Meal and a drink for £5.99” It made us feel very uncomfortable and we could not wait to leave !"

"We booked a table of via the App it was easy and the email confirmation came straight away we arrived at the restaurant to be told they had no knowledge of our booking!!! They found places for us all split up on separate tables.... what a joke to top it off the food and service was really poor they gave us a discount due to Open Tables poor operations and it ruining our night out. "We had some negative experiences at different restaurants in the past, including this one. However, we had a great evening tonight and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was empty, so we were seated immediately. The staff was incredibly attentive, and our food arrived quickly. While it wasn't piping hot, it was very delicious. As a family, we managed to enjoy our meal for £25, including drinks. Our little ones were a bit messy and noisy, but the staff remained very friendly and accommodating. Based on the excellent service we received, we would definitely return. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!"

"I have booked 3 tables for 15 people to celebrate my son 10th birthday. at the arrival we were greeted by a beautiful man, I think he said his name was fabio? he showed us to our places and really looked around us! in the did the whole frankie and bennys team were absolutely amazing, but especially they were firm at the government socially distance guidelines and created a happy and safe environment for all of us.. that eating came very fast, hot and tasty not one of our 15 people complained at all we were very impressed by our oriented it is sure to say that we will definitely choose here if we have another family event all was"

"Terrible experience. The only positive was how quickly the food arrived. Everything else was disappointing. First, the waiter brought us a dirty glass. The starters were decent, but my main course had a fly on the tomatoes. There was no apology; my plate was just taken away without a word. For dessert, I ordered the apple cake, which turned out to be very soggy. Once again, it was taken away quickly without any explanation, and I wasn't asked if I wanted anything else or if it should be replaced. I ended up canceling the apple cake and requested the bill. No apologies were offered at any point! Overall, poor service and bad food."

"Located on the upper floor of the Oasis dining area in Meadowhall, this restaurant is conveniently situated near several other eateries and just a short walk from the Vue cinema. Guests can choose to sit indoors or outdoors, all while enjoying the lively atmosphere of the area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We experienced an issue with the F&B website that prevented us from printing our discount voucher, but the manager was very accommodating and honored our discount without it. The music was at a comfortable volume, allowing for easy conversation. We both enjoyed a salad accompanied by a bottle of house red wine. With the discount, this restaurant offers great value, and we plan to return. Next time, however, we'll choose to sit outside for an even better atmosphere."

"5 stars doesn't seem enough for this place they deserve more. Had a wonderful conversation with the staff here tonight even though they were busy and rushing around that didnt prevent them from giving us their full attention. The manager was running round helping everyone out all over the place and when she was speaking to us 2 waitresses needed her for something but she finished talking to us first before she went to deal with the questions.
