"We booked a table of 10 via the App it was easy and the email confirmation came straight away we arrived at the restaurant to be told they had no knowledge of our booking!!! They found places for us all split up on separate tables.... what a joke to top it off the food and service was really poor they gave us a discount due to Open Tables poor operations and it ruining our night out. "My partner and I dined at this restaurant on a weeknight during the summer holidays. Despite the bustling atmosphere, our waiter was prompt in taking our drink orders and bringing our food. Our meals arrived in a timely manner and were served piping hot, causing us to accidentally drop one plate due to the heat. However, the staff quickly replaced it without any issues. The food met the usual high standards we expect from Franky and Bennys. The restaurant is conveniently located a short walk from the Manchester tram stop and provided a pleasant alternative to the typical fish and chips fare."

"I visited Frankie Benny's on Friday with my partner, almost hours before our booked viewing to see IT. Hindsight being the beautiful thing it is, I would've reserved a table for to ensure we made it in time for the film. Sadly, I don't have a crystal ball! We waited over minutes to be seated; that was okay, it was a Friday night and whilst there were plenty of tables available, we'd expected a little wait to begin with. As we were being seated, the waitress asked if we'd like some garlic bread whilst we waited and having waited long enough for food, we welcomed the offer. Fastforward an hour and a half later. Our mains finally arrived! My partner's food was badly burned and had I not read the menu beforehand, I'd have been sure my pasta had come from a children's menu the portion was honestly that measley. There was no point in complaining since the staff on that night had the same amount of urgency to help as we had to leave. Truly appalling experience"

However, when my party of ten arrived at the restaurant, which was only half full, we were told that there was no table available for us because their booking system had not been updated. "I have booked my table and asked for a nice table because it was my son and he had requested this restaurant. when I arrived, we were shown on a ground (instead of the beautiful round stands available) and without mention was made the birthday of my sohnes. actually, when we mentioned it at the end (if the waitress asked if we do something nice later) she did not even know. the burgers we had were average and I fought to find something I liked on the menu. I chose the festive menu with south-facing chicken for starter. they were hard and overcooked to damage the upper inner of my mouth, and the meatball pasta was so disgusting that I sent it back. I didn't eat anything else because I was so impressing with one of my foods. the meatballs were solid, terrible pre-formed dinges, which were shaped into elongated balls, and were hard to bite meatballs instead of the soft mint style I had eaten in others. there was a lot of penne pasta and very little sauce also the restaurant was dark and appeared a little tired, not Indian for the experience I had previously had (fastly a while ago I confess) when I went to the near of the show nr batley, which was expensive, but inviting my sohn will be only once, and although he was glad that he had not disappointed the happy birthday. we have paid the full tip for the waitress because they gave a good service. Perhaps this is only this special restaurant, but because of our experience this time we would not eat here again."

"Had the BEST experience at this restaurant, went with my sister, ordered one of the hot dogs, my sister ordered the ribs. We were sat down by a young girl who asked for our drink order, we ordered and waiting a little for them, then our server came over, his name was kieran, we told him we were still waiting on our drinks he came over straight away. Had a lovely chat with him, he asked for our order, the food came quick, he asked if we needed a tip up on our drinks, checked our meal was okay and it was lovely. He was SO attentive, smiley and couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Could not recommend this service more due to this young man. He had us laughing the whole time, couldn’t of done more, he was like this with every table he served :"

"The restaurant has a nice ambiance and everything is satisfactory. The only drawback is the slow elevators, which seem to be slower compared to other shopping centers. The parking lot is a good size and well-maintained. It would be beneficial to have more parent and baby rooms available. I had to ask for assistance on how to fully open the door to accommodate the baby carrier in and out of the car."

"Frankie and Benny's is a well-known chain restaurant. Unfortunately, my experiences at various locations have been consistently poor, including the one in Romford. The restaurant is located conveniently near the cinema in the brewery, but in my opinion, that is its only positive aspect. The salads are wilted, the meats and fries are greasy and soggy. The restaurant itself is cramped, making it difficult to navigate, and the atmosphere is dark and dingy. I'm not sure who continues to dine here, as it seems taste is not a priority for them. "this was our first time back to the restaurant for over a year because of the pandemic. in the did it was our first family meal, since lockdown leasing, so we were a little nervous. we arrived and were of a beautiful lady who showed us on our table. we felt safe at the arrival with the restaurant according to the government guidelines that was great. our waitress ellie was faultless. happy and cheerful and laughed at the terrible sweat of my dad and sarcastic wise, although food really arrived fast and also hot was what was great. the food team can't blame. "This was my first visit to the restaurant and I made an online reservation, which was quick and easy. We were seated at a beautiful round table and our server was outstanding. They were very attentive and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. We ordered a starter and a main course, both of which were excellent. "We had some negative experiences at different restaurants in the past, including this one. However, we had a great evening tonight and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was empty, so we were seated immediately. The staff was incredibly attentive, and our food arrived quickly. While it wasn't piping hot, it was very delicious. As a family, we managed to enjoy our meal for £25, including drinks. Our little ones were a bit messy and noisy, but the staff remained very friendly and accommodating. "This is not even worth a star review. We ordered food, got somebody else’s order which had my name on it. Phoned Frankie and Bennys, first time they shifted the blame onto the delivery company, saying the driver had given us the wrong bag, yet the bag had my name on. Phoned again and they refused to take the blame or send the correct order. The food was also stone cold and badly presented (even for a takeaway), even though we live 5 minutes away and even when sat in we’ve found the food is bland. Frankie and Bennys is obviously staffed by incompetent idiots who do not care about customer satisfaction. They’ve also forgotten stuff before which is normally inexpensive such as chips but this time it’s too much. Wouldn’t recommend."
