"This is not even worth a star review. We ordered food, got somebody else’s order which had my name on it. Phoned Frankie and Bennys, first time they shifted the blame onto the delivery company, saying the driver had given us the wrong bag, yet the bag had my name on. Phoned again and they refused to take the blame or send the correct order. The food was also stone cold and badly presented (even for a takeaway), even though we live 5 minutes away and even when sat in we’ve found the food is bland. Frankie and Bennys is obviously staffed by incompetent idiots who do not care about customer satisfaction. They’ve also forgotten stuff before which is normally inexpensive such as chips but this time it’s too much. Wouldn’t recommend."

Eat and drink here at your peril. Worst draught Peroni ever, red wine like vinegar but worse. Kids drinks were swapped to water. Food summarised as follows, bland, reheated mush, **** warm, overcooked and undercooked which is a feat in itself. My eldest daughter couldn’t eat her dessert waffle as it was imitating a soggy cold block. Disinterested manager whose sarcasm and generally condescending manner will not be missed anytime soon. Cold, unwelcoming and expensive. The one star is for the waiter who served us as he deserves to be in a better place than this for his efforts, top man.
