"We booked a table of via the App it was easy and the email confirmation came straight away we arrived at the restaurant to be told they had no knowledge of our booking!!! They found places for us all split up on separate tables.... what a joke to top it off the food and service was really poor they gave us a discount due to Open Tables poor operations and it ruining our night out. I am. It sure we should use the app again"

We had the sirloin steak and spent our entire meal chewing the steak as it as so bad. We did complain and get our money back on one steak but spoilt the meal completely

Frankie Benny’s booking system no longer picks up bookings made on open table according to staff at Hemel. So turning up for a kids Birthday and being told they are full and can’t fit us in was not great View menu

The food is great although pricey, the service was a bit annoying because they kept forgetting us, but the most annoying thing is they had no record of my booking through Open Table and we were therefore lucky they had a spare table

Not impressed. We waited mins for anyone to take our drinks order then another mins for the drinks to arrive. We had to catch someone's eye to get the dessert menu as no one came automatically. We ordered more drinks and, again, had to wait a long time for these to arrive

No record of our booking. We waited ages to be served, ages for our drinks and ages again for our food, which wasn’t great. Only came as it was daughters birthday but she was practically falling asleep at the table by the time it got to dessert time, so we didn’t bother having one and went home View menu

Had a lovely meal but felt pressure from the waiter to get our order we ordered a starter and was still eating it when he said I thought you would have finished by now! Because your mains are on the way! Then after pudding he brought us our bill which we hadn't asked for as we going to order coffee left feeling disappointed x

Absolutely one of the most terrible meals out we have ever had. Waiter service was appalling total ignored at table . Starters were dry and cold garlic bread was freezing. Manager didn't seem interested in our complaints was more concerned about serving other tables. We will certainly not be returning to eat at this restaurant ever again. They totally spoilt our little girls birthday
